I’d say that was worse than any game I can think of from last season;
Blackpool H and A, Fleetwood A.

Nothing could be worse than that Blackpool game.

I thinks it's become clear that we won't come anywhere near the automatic promotion places.
Robins is forgetting that our opponents are watching videos of our previous games.
They know all our weaknesses and will exploit them unless we change tactics.
All our future opponents will see what Rotherham did to us today and will be looking to do the same.
And we still haven't solved our goal-scoring problem.
Robins claims we could have scored four goals, but we only had two shots on target.
It makes it worse that you edited this shit and still left all the words in.

It's the fact we gave them 3 short back passes for goals. It was so bad it's like one of those shiit dreams you have where u wake up, thank fuck that didn't happen. Except it did! Today was an utter shambles and the fact we absolutely bossed them with a man off and probably could have scored at least 2 makes it even weirder

I was gonna take all the responsibility for this defeat as it was my first game of the season, but after reading the posts, I've changed my mind and let the players shoulder the shit, fuck em.

Seriously how bad was the performance and their keeper only made one save of note. If it's any consolation, I don't plan on going again too soon so we should get back to winning.

It was bad. I'm not entirely sure where that performance came from.to be honest.

Careful you might have a red fire engine turn up at your home and spray it with a red dye .

But seriously if the whole of the UK had zero emissions by next year it wouldn't make any difference to the World's climate, imop.

These eco worriers need to go and protest in China and Indian .

per capita we produce far more carbon than China or India.

We've been pulling quite a few games out the bag and the garbage finishing of opposition strikers has let us off a fair number of times in the process. Today we didn't get away with it.

Anyone fancies a laugh, watch this. There's playing from the back and there's passing back to the goalkeeper for passings sake. No need for any of them and what mcfadz was doing for the pen I will never ever know. It's almost like a game of you're not allowed to touch the ball but have to stop their guy from doing it. No wonder marosi and kelly were livid

True, but we've performed well in most of those games. Today's performance ease dire.

McFadz has a lot to answer for but itwas Kelly’s shit pass that started it off and Marosi needs to be absolutely screaming at him to either clear it or to leave it because he’s coming for it. I wasn’t there but I’d be surprised if he was doing either of those things. McFadz still should’ve cleared it but if Marosi was silent then he’s just as much to blame. Bad day all around

It definitely was. Nothing about today was good. The team were embarrassing, (a small minority of) our fans were embarrassing, the officiating was terrible. Even if we've lost I can normally find some positives - none today. Genuinely think it's the worst performance I've ever seen from a Coventry City side.
You can’t say the ref didn’t give us anything. He sent McFaz off.

What about global warming? Got into a debate in Sainsbury's today with an eco worrier staff member. They will sell me every thing in plastic packaging but I can't put my ginger in a plastic bag anymore and have to buy a 30p bag!
While I am in no doubt the world as a whole is warming the rate and the policies suggested to cure the problem are both debatable.

The plastic bag charge isn’t about global warming it’s about reducing single use plastic.

Regarding the impact of the policies...the 5p plastic bag charge resulted in an 85% reduction of plastic bag usage in year 1. I’d say that is quite successful....can’t see how anyone could argue that.

People are tighter than they are environmentally conscious.

Our defence today was the worst it's been all season that's a fact, but you can only improve hopefully another 10 games running streak with a few more wins, would be very satisfying.

Don't want to continue it too much as I am not against recycling. But the issue is Sainsburys have stopped allowing customers to put loose carrots peppers etc in little plastic bags and you need to buy a new bag at 30p that can be washed and used again. As a poster said before look at the issues of the world and their impact or the natural order of things, the little bags customers put ginger etc in was not high on that list.
It's also the hipocracy of the situation. Sainsbury sell me 100s of plastics on the shop I did today in pre packed items that ranged from raspberries to olives and much more. If this is their stance why not remove the plastic from these items or show their green credentials and give me a pound of my shop if I bring all my plastics back for next week's shop?
The little bag was 30p and a inconvenience and it was the old people wondering wtf to do.as there was no signage to explain the change was frustrating. The eco worrier who challenged me saying I disagree with this initiative as vertue signalling was very rude. I did mention coal fire stations in China, she missed that point and was fixated on what I need to do to save the world for my children's generation!!!

Sainsbury’s first UK supermarket to remove plastic bags for loose fruit, vegetables and bakery items from all stores, offering paper and re-usable bags made from recycled materials

I'm against single use plastics as much as anyone, they're a scourge. But, if we all switched tomorrow from plastic to paper packaging, there would be a considerable increase in carbon emissions. Plastic beats paper on virtually every environmental measure. There is nothing wrong with using plastics, it's the disposal that is the problem. It's a littering issue more than anything.

How the fuck was that a red card, thought it was harsh in the ground but the reply makes it look even more stupid! Doesn’t even look like a foul

Can you please explain that? It’s wildly inaccurate

I don’t understand your point? Why are you talking about coal fire stations in China when you’re in a UK based supermarket?

Plastic is a huge issue and a charge for usage has shown to be hugely effective so they are doing it on the plastic bags in fruit and veg stands as I reckon 90% of people just stick them in the bin. Why is that a bad thing?
How does pointing to the remaining usage (which people are trying to change) invalidate the things that are being changed?

Wimbledon did something very similar and but for appalling finishing would have been out of sight. Robins has suffered from inflexibility before and if history is anything to go by he won’t change the approach
Wimbledon’s tactics were nothing like yesterday’s, the quality ad approach to play from Rotherham was far superior. Wimbledon just frustrated us and it nearly worked

So by beaten on every environmental measure you mean it takes more resources to create?

The impact on wildlife and nature is the biggest impact of plastic, as well as the fact we now how micro plastics and god knows what else in our rainwater...
Any chance you pair can move your carrier bag chat to another thread or better still a relevant forum.
