Seems football has cleaned up or police have just stopped arresting people.
These numbers aren't that large.

A lot depends on police policy re certain games, Port Vale v Stoke City, Villa v Blues (always worse at Villa Park) attract certain local cretinous types and the old Bill will possibly be instructed to show little or even zero tolerance.

How many of these arrests were made on the day of the match or days even months later after studying cctv.
