Certainly nothing like as good as his highlights video I have seen on YouTube!!
Fitness could be an issue so won't judge him until the new year but mobility and pace are currently lacking.

Not having a go, but does it take 6 months to get fitness ?

If he's injured that has to go down as a monumental fuck up by Robins

Why? The idea of signing a footballer is to sign them. O'Hare had no pre-season and has played very little football. This was a good chance to get him up to speed.

Doesn't matter when you play him there is always the chance of injury and he is always going to get kicked.

he's not going to get up to speed if he can't play because he's had lumps kicked out of him by a load of league 2 cloggers.
Shouldn't have played as far as I'm concerned.

It could just have easily happened again Blackpool on Saturday?

It was the same with maddison. If he played he was kicked to shit no matter who the opposition.

Yes it could. But promotion is our main objective, if we lose him in a league game trying to achieve our main goal then we have to take it on the chin. If we lose him in a cup competition that no one takes seriously which include under 21 teams and bonus points then in my opinion Robins has fucked up.

He was kicked all over against Watford

exactly, so why risk him against a league 2 side, we already have Allen out for who knows how long?
League is priority.

someone needed to play out of o hare westbrooke or shipley. cant be too harsh on robins

hopefully o hare will be ok for saturday

2pts closer to wembley and another cup win!

impressed with bartlett
eccles did well too
williams looked alright alongside a fit mcfadz
and wilson some v good saves

wakefield needs to get better at beating his man and kastaneer looks like he has all the tools but still hasnt put it together it seems.

surprised by your comment on Bartlett, only watched the 2nd half but thought he struggled.
The more I see of Eccles the more I like him though with the signing of Walsh and Allan (hopefully) back soon I don't think we'll see him around the first team as much as we have recently.

I thought Williams looked a little uncertain at times, specifically his positioning when trying to win headers. He looked like he misjudged the flight of the ball a few times. Good on the floor though, and certainly no real criticism for him. Bartlett was sadly anonymous. Kastaneer was trying too hard, and seemed greedy at times in the first half-hour, but I'll chalk it down to eagerness. He worked harder than I was led to believe he would, to be fair. Everyone else was ok. A fair few players slipped over in the second half too - was the pitch over watered at half-time?

Was it just me or did there seem to be some bad blood between O’Hare and Kastaneer didn’t seem to want to pass to each other.
