Win at Home and Draw Away - Fuck me we are going to be promoted!

I agree we played better, but apart from 1 save from Easty you scored every time you went forward.

On a more contentious note - your number 6 was trying to get Mackie sent off diving to the floor 3 times in a row. Pissed me right off.
Mackie is angelic. Our king of shithousery
If all of your games started in the 80th minute you'd be top of the league - you certainly never give up a game thats for sure!

I don't think we will play much worse than that this season (hopefully) we really looked out of sorts and sloppy which is a little out of character so far this season.
I think you are a good side who will be in and around the playoffs come may

Well if that’s the case then you will do well this season! I’d argue you showed much more than Bristol Rovers & Burton. (Both games we lost)

We’ve had more possession in every game, conceded 13 goals in 5, mainly sloppy ones or headers & as much praise as I give Mackie, he’s definitely no goalscorer - something we’ve been desperate for - which is great now our new number 9 is injured.
Our midfield has been excellent all season but leaking goals and an inability to put our chances away has continually cost us.

Without sounding repetitive, you sat far far far too deep & needed a bit more energy off the ball.

We seem to want to sit deep when we’re ahead & yes more energy off the ball probably means what we all think our 2 wingers helping out full backs out especially when oxford are constantly overlapping,O’Hare needed to come on sooner.

O’Hare needs to start the next game. Probably in Shipley’s place. Allen needs to come in for Hiwula.

These 2 are proper all action energy players. Will make a big difference.

Godden will get more service and goals.

Still a big worry is if he is injured we don’t have suitable back up.

Allen plays centre midfield mate he won’t replace Hiwula bar Kastanner I don’t think we have anymore to come in for him, agreed O’Hare needs to be starting with Allen & Kelly.

Was the story of many of our games last season.
More possession, more chances than the opposition yet we'd contrive to lose or draw.

Not that such better you had it needed two own goals, you aren't a good side. Mackie is a prick and also your fans are wank

Just seen both own goals, that's the most disappointing thing for me, all teams have off days but we could have walked away 3_1 winners despite being the poorer team on the day... That's football
Good luck anyway

No mate. Mackie shouldn’t have been on the pitch. He attacked Kelly off the ball twice. Kelly isn’t that sort of player to simulate TBH.

Thought you guys were good, though if we hadn’t given you the entire right wing to yourselves thanks to our newbie LB you wouldn’t have looked quite so good. Ditto if we hadn’t decided to play ten men behind the 18 yard line for half an hour after going 2 up. Probably the worst I’ve seen us play all season. Which I suppose you should take credit for in fairness.

They got a point against us at home with our best player missing (potentially 2 best players if Allen is as good as cracked up to be). I’d be disappointed at that result if I was them and had promotion ambitions.

How dare you call Mackie a prick!!!
That’s unforgivable in my book.
Fair play to the rest of your post - you’re allowed your opinion, but to disrespect Mackie like that - absolute blasphemy.
Thing is he’s Still got to play against us at our place interesting if he’s up against McFadz he won’t be getting away with that behaviour

In truth, if he’s in the first 11 come April then our season probably isn’t going that great.
His ideal role will be to come on for the last 20mins to hold a lead, work his socks off and piss off opposition fans and players.
Something he manages every week without fail - absolute hero.

I’m gonna leave you guys with a blog post I’ve just seen on Twitter - Match wrap: Oxford United 3 Coventry City 3

Good luck for the rest of your season, no doubt I’ll be screaming “a team full of wankers” again come April, by that point probably rueing the fact I wished you anything but misery.
Cheers, good read that. I watched the Southampton v Man United game before ours, it was dull as dishwater.

Grow up idiot. No need for your childish abuse to a fellow football fan who has come on here with a fair and respectful point of view
Get fucked you gimp, I'll say what the fuck I want.

Cheers. Good read. Couldn’t agree more; less sanitised and all the better for it. L1 is a better more even spectacle then another premiership procession

If you've not been before, have a gander around the Natural History museum (free); well worth a visit. Doesn't sound very romantic, but I can recommend it. Nice big park for a romantic stroll too, right near City centre (I get a % from trip advisor!)
Went there today H. Very good. Even the little man seemed impressed by the dinosaurs.

If Hiwula doesn't get back on it, we could miss Shipley out there and have Kelly, O'Hara, Westbrooke as the midfield - would make us more solid.

I think that a decent shout...especially away from St. Andrews. Would provide much better support for mason or mccallum
