Really? Based on what? He was injured most of pre-season, he's a big unit so it will take him time to get up to speed. He's played the whole of about 150 mins for us so far. Too quick to start slagging him off.

He looked massively overweight at Watford, they had a corner at our end after 10 minutes and you could see quite clearly he was struggling with the tempo

All I'm suggesting is he's often not fit for selection, that's according to his previous fans, and if youd even taken 30 seconds to check his stats before posting such bollocks, youd see that he's managed 80 appearances in 7 years, that's an average of less that 12 games a season, and he didnt even start all of those 80 games, and when he did, he often failed to last the 90 mins.

He's also last season and this season's top goalscorer, our biggest goal threat. I don't really care if he isn't involved all of the time, it's irrelevant. Stuart Beavon was a busy player but rarely scored.

7 years ago he had just turned 16 so basing an average over that time is misleading.
The top flight in Holland also only has 18 teams so they play a lot less games - last year he played in just over 60% of matches.
