Robins points out about the offside goals also.

He has watched them back.

Said fans can shut their moany pipes or he'll send the boys round.

Some random rubbish that both teams are young and that it was a good point

Clive Eaken wasn't on which was a bonus.
They said Oggy is going to be on every game, he was co commentator on Saturday. Has Eaken gone then?

No he does cricket he’s always missing in August

Despite people laughing at his hysterics and name errors he’s miles ahead of other options. The phone in was like an advert for Mogadon

Listening to Oggy I was trying to work out his accent, it sounds like East Midlands ?
Not sure where he's from, or where he's been living ?

He's from Mansfield originally. I thought iit was Shrewsbury but that's who we bought him from.

I'm guessing this year that Geoff has gone. Not surprising if that' the case cos he did seem to be struggling last year after his health problems.

My sister and brother in law have lived in Leicestershire for 40 years, and both now have broad East Midland accents. That's why I recognised Oggys accent. An electrician recently who was doing an inspection in my flat said what part of London did I come from ? I said I was from Coventry and had lived here all my life. He said our accent sounds cockney.
I've also been told I sound like a Brummie,
has anyone else had their Coventry accent wrongly named ?

Same here, been mistaken for a cockney up north and a brummie down south.

I was in a pub in Blackpool in the 1990's with my then missus. I stood at the bar and ordered drinks and a couple of bags of crisps and that's all. A chap sat on a barstool next to me and said " you from Coventry mate ? " I didnt have a Cov top on so was surprised he said that.
I replied yes I was and how did he know that? He replied our accent was strong, but people from Cov were regulars in that pub, so it stood out.
