I definitely thought that the length of the pitch was considerably smaller than the Ricoh

Thought pitch was shorter but perhaps a little wider. Or perhaps it looked wider because it is shorter.

From where we were standing at the back of block 35, it looks like a miniature pitch. Don’t know whether it’s just a different angle that what you get at the Ricoh? But for a fairly similar capacity ground, it feels a lot more compact.
