Off thread a bit. Not complaining about the weather, but its a bastard to work in. An elderly customer saw I was hot cleaning her windows earlier so fetched me a " cool drink " and gave me a mug of hot tea. I'm telling you hot tea does not cool you down. To keep her happy I drank it, made me go dizzy ! Other than that I feel healthy and happy !

off work and doing a bit in the garden, my garden is south facing so always a bit of a heat trap but it's unreal out there today. Luckily I can have a break when I want don't envy you doing proper work in this heat B!

Managed to do a bit in our garden today , I can get around the house and garden without the my crutches now. Our garden is a lovely sun trap We had artificial grass put down so I just have it a sweep and a going over with the garden hoover .

I've knocked off and come back home. Felt a bit fatigued and tired. Sod it though not worth making yourself ill over a few quid. People think window cleaning in hot weather is a perfect job, I can assure you it's not. Give me a cold day anytime, soon warm up !

It's called a power nap isn't it when you have a kip in the afternoon ? Ive just dropped off for an hour because I was knackered after working. I'm no good in this heat !

I popped into the weatherspoons in the skydome earlier I seen a guy order 2 pitchers of cocktails and 3 meals. He was on his own & got half cut and we’ll fed for £20 ,fair play .
