No? I go to every home game and some away games also.

What point are you trying to make?
I just want to know why you have to use a VPN to watch ifollow? Can you watch it without a VPN? Please explain. Like i've said, i don't understand computers as much as you.

It depends where you are located, read the thread.

If you are located where you IP address says you are? Sounds a bit dodgy to me......
Why can't you watch without VPN?

Because its not available to UK users as far as I'm aware. Probably so as not to deter people from actually going to games. But for people outside of the UK it's a way for them to watch it. So VPN is needed to appear to be outside of the UK.

Or, if you're like me, even with VPN, I don't get the option to sign up for it anyway

I am one step ahead of you trying to catch me out, you do realise that don't you?

You are trying to make out using a VPN and paying is the same as somebody taking donations to re-stream it which will breach copyright.

Nope, i'm saying its taking money out of the clubs pockets, because people aint paying to go to games. I do, so i don't care. Once again, you've come at me. All i was doing in the first place was trying to protect someone from getting grassed on. I'm not on either side.

Make up your mind, you were encouraging somebody to make a donation and watch it on Facebook earlier?

For those of us living away from Coventry it's a good way to a) watch the games when it's not possible to travel, b) contribute to the club.

I don't think bypassing geo-restrictions is illegal, you're still paying so it's not like you're stealing it. It's against the terms of the service though, so if they noticed they could block you and wouldn't need to refund you.

Like i said, i'm not on either side.
I told someone to remove his name so he don't get grassed on and ruin it for people that can't afford to go. I pay my way, but don't give a shit about others.
I'm only involved because you questioned it so much, yet turns out you're a hypocrite who is breaking the rules too.......

Disagree with it taking money out of the clubs pocket, it's more likely the opposite. I'd personally never use it as an alternative to going to a game, would only use it where I couldn't go. Frankly, I have no issue with those that have no intention of going using it either - it's all money into the club.

I have a season pass for iFollow, I am not re-streaming it.

You also said to give him a donation for re-streaming it.

Keep up.

Exactly this. I might do 15 away games a season, but for those I don't do, I'd happily pay to stream it. They allow you to do this for midweek games if you are a UK resident, so only a matter of time before they open it up for Saturday away games too. I've heard it said that ifollow is now an important revenue stream for lower league clubs, so I'm in favour and it won't stop me going to games I can get to.

What would make sense is if they charged £350 for ifollow for a season. So its more than a season ticket but you make up for it with away games. Im sure tons of people who can't make all games would subscribe.

That was a flippant comment on my behalf, which i have since said was wrong. You're such a nause
Acting all pissed off that someone is streaming it for their mates, yet you break the rules too. What an idiot.

No, I pay for games using my season ticket thanks. If I want to use ifollow I pay for that too.

Are you being dense on purpose or can you genuinely not see how stealing from the club is wrong?

I still don't think you are grasping it, are you?

Let's go back through this.

You have encouraged somebody to watch the games on FB and donate to the bloke streaming it.
You then moan that using iFollow takes money from the club.
You then try and make out that people in the thread who use iFollow don't go to games, then you fail when people do actually go to games.
You then try to make out that somebody paying to watch games with the money going to the club is the same as somebody restreaming it for donations?

Try to be consistent.

His mates? As he hides behind a false name and accepts everybody as friend while he takes cash in that should b going to the club.

Just admit you feel like you've found a loophole to save you some cash instead of trying to project on other people.

I don't give a fuck, I go to watch the games in real life, pal.

Do you not have real life friends that tell you stuff?
I talk to my mates about normal stuff not donating to some random bloke hiding behind a pseudonym stealing money from my club. I don't then go and encourage other people to do the same.

Are you in many pyramid schemes?

So normal stuff isn't asking your mates if they went to the match?!
