I hope the England team have been informed that the USA have scored in the first 10 minutes of every game so far.
So they better keep them out for the first 10 minutes.
I think the USA will win but I would not be too surprised if England pull off an upset.
It all depends on if they take their chances (because neither team will get many).
I'm still worried about England's goal-keeper.

Come on England. Main danger short passing around our own area. Actually pumped up for this(odd!!!)

Thoughts for tonight?

I do think the US will win. England have only played well in little spurts and have flattered to deceive and we have ridden our luck at times too.

Hope I am proved wrong. Win and it will all look like the whole campaign has been rosy. Lose and it will just have been a half decent tournament.

My thoughts are I’d probably for the first time in my life be hoping that a 10 year old episode of location location is on More 4 as that will probably have more drama

I'm not. Just doesn't have the same feel for me. Having said that though, I am excited for the game.

When England women score I don't jump around the sofa like a loon like I do for the men.

Guess it's just not as big yet is it, the women's game. THE World Cup is the biggest thing on the planet.

There are so many misplaced passes already and we are only 15 minutes in.

We look very poor.

The left hand side is our weakness, they are exploiting it.
It's not so much our weakness as their strength.
Tobin Heath is the female version of Arjen Robben.

We've not done too badly so far.
Several poor passes in the final third have let us down.
You get the feeling the USA can score at any moment.
I think if they go two goals up, it will all be over.
We need to create more chances.
Ellen White will put them away.

Nothing like England or CCFC pumped up, but I was looking forward to it. I suppose the big tell is I'll not be in a semi grump when / if we lose. Do think the standard of women's play has improved markedly over recent years (Millie Bright and left back iffy)

Defensively all over the place; not defending as a unit and positionally always 5yds wrong side. Unfortunately USA look strong and more ‘professional’ than england.

I think this tournament has been mch like the men's - we've not really played well but a decent draw has helped us progress. We looked a bit overawed at the start and were lucky not to concede more before the equaliser. We're clearly the inferior team in this game.

Have to say i think Neville has got this wrong tonight, parris down the middle instead of wide where she has been so dangerous, no Kirby and he's still wearing that waistcoat.

If it carries on like this it will be waste of space coat.

Defensively Women’s football is dreadful. All 3 of the first half goals were shocking defending.

The USA will win because they’re about 30 years ahead of everyone else when it comes to funding women’s football - that’s not going to change soon.

England are good - but they’re unfortunately competing for best of the rest. They need to win the euros to be deemed a success

Hardly noticed Parris playing. I don't think Kirby has had a particularly good tournament but she does have quality.
