For those asking - the whole interview lasted 1hr 15mins! Difficult to make all of that available, but I understand the interest. Extensive Q and A transcript will be available online at skysports.com and we are trying to make the TV interview available On Demand.

What is interesting is clearly the owners dont appear to hold any creedance with the local media and have gone national to have a voice.

Wonder if we'll feel sorry for SISU by the end of it?

Fuck it, I'm routing for her, I hope it's an interview full of revelation, the Council get done by the EC, Wasps fold and we make a miraculous return to the Ricoh before erecting a statue of Joy.

But you can bet a pound to a penny she will say they are deadly serious about building a new stadium and that they will indeed build one.

Are any of us going to believe her? I very, very much doubt it.

Expect another artist's impression within the next week.

  • The club was not for sale
  • “Plan A” was building a new stadium
  • Investors had been found to fund a new stadium in the Coventry area within five years.
  • The club needed freehold ownership of the Ricoh Arena in order to move back there
  • She could not work with Coventry City Council
  • She felt empathy for the fans
  • There was no time constraint on Sisu remaining in control of CCFC
  • Denied that Sisu had attempted to get the Ricoh on the cheap by deliberately distressing their Ricoh Arena landlords

Imagine the draw this could have if it was a local journalist doing the interview. Shame the vast majority have sent years working against the club whenever possible.
