So apparently this Chris Badlan chap who is in charge of our recruitment joined us in May 2018, how come we didn't hear much from him for the last 13 months and now they are rolling him out for interviews everytime we make a signing

As he's said they're working 6/12 months ahead. Last summer we were signing people Wriddrington had scouted not him. This summer is his work so he has more insight into the player.
