I see that Prince Philip is 98 today. The queen is going to live to be a hundred no doubt. My late father used to say that the reason for their longevity was because they eat the best food, and have access to the best health care etc. So is that why the majority of us die much younger then, we eat crap food and have poor health support ? My mum died aged 62, my dad was 76. Was my dad correct ?

I don't think my parents ate crap food, most everything was from the garden. Old man died at 47...

Best Health care probably has a lot to do with it, although some of Henry VIII's wives didn't live too long... ;)

It's the lack of the daily stress that the rest of us have.
No-one is going to sack them from their jobs and they don't have a mortgage to pay.
They don't even have to go to the shops to buy stuff. The shops come to them.
And they never pay for anything. It just comes out of 'the account'.

Is that where the 'By Royal appointment to her Majesty the Queen comes from then?'
