Anybody know when it’s due?

As we’ve been hearing from so many people all this time the Ricoh is worth more with two teams playing in it. As we’re no longer there it should follow that it’s worth less and break the covenant yes?

Fingers crossed it’s soon! You’re right - I bet the covenants are very tight especially now we’re not involved.

It’s has to be a concern, having two teams playing in it doesn’t mean one of them has to be ccfc does it.

The valuation would be conducted on a basis of a trading entity. If someone were to replace us they would have to be paying at least what we were in rent/service charges or the value will drop. The likelihood of this happening, especially at rather short notice, is very slim.

Who else is going to move in then?

There is No one, not the first person I've heard alluding to the idea of a new tennant. though.
Even if there was, who's going to bring 10 thousand every fortnight?
Can't see the casino operators being happy.

Would be interesting to see how much Wasps made from 3 nights of Spice Girls appearances. If they keep up the big name alternative events (Bon Jovi in a couple of weeks), how much does that mitigate our not being there ?

There's always been these events though, so won't offset us not being there.

Don't think that much money made from these events by the hosts, sure somebody a few years ago on this site who had knowledge of the business put some figures out a few years ago.

Besides, not too many people going to be going to an outdoor gig in the Winter!

How many other groups could fill the ground and how many concerts they are allowed, plus they have to cram them into a small period of time while the pitch is out of action.

They could get a rugby league team to add that to the other minority sports they have in netball and Rugby I can’t wait for the wasps tiddlywinks team to be brought in

These big names cost a lot of money and would think that the Income profits are not as big as we think they are
