More than happy to speak to the Trust. I have offered them sub forums for Q+As with sensible questions only. I have offered to help them with anything technical that I can.

They have absolutely no interest in interacting (aside from CJ).
I mean like I said I’m as guilty as anyone slagging off the trust. I don’t know how to reach out them.

But I think we do need to change the perception of this place,

It gets heated, but let’s face it the reason it’s heated is because we have so much passion for the club.

@CJ_covblaze do you think you could convince the board to come onto a moderated sub-forum, (sorry @Nick I’m making ideas on your forum)

Let’s bridge this gap between fans and get the best for our club!

I slag them off out of frustration. Like you say it's about passion.

I have tried for years, other than a couple of people who have interacted they have no interest in the slightest.

As i said, more than happy to bridge the gap and work on something that is Pro CCFC that can benefit the fans.

They just make excuses that they are too busy, until it comes to the next time to get on TV or shout SISU.

The trust have a set of objectives that are inconsistent with the majority of fans who attend games - it will never change

Think that top line is the main point. We’ve all got this built up anger. There’s stories coming out that you know are complete crap. There’s stories not coming out at all. All anybody wants is for no lies and straight answers, and just to know what will happen. And we all want a voice, one all fans can get behind... and that doesn’t seem to be something our supporters club can do. So this forum becomes a dumping ground.

Maybe, but let’s give them the chance to lay their cards on the table.

We need to accept at whilst we sit here and bicker and argue with each other, this club is going to die.

The only group with the logistical knowledge and awareness to unite us is the trust.

We can all arrange our own little plans but, with the fan’s fractured they’ll all fail. At every step of the way the three groups have practiced divide and conquer and we’ve let them do it

I have pleaded with them both privately and publicly to have a word with the bloke involved with the Trust who purposely tries to mislead fans with those pathetic social media accounts. I was told outright that I was wrong and he was nothing to do with them, he then started posting pictures from Trust events and dropped them all in it. The "I dont know who he is" suddenly went a bit strange when he was posting pictures from being just behind them on the bus or next to them applauding Wasps.

One of the other board members went into a rant about here and how the members were irrelevant before ending up deleting his account because he had made a tit out of himself.

I agree, everybody wants something to get behind where all they give a shit about is CCFC and not worrying if they upset the council or wasps because of being mates.

People look to people like the Trust for guidance when things kick off, it's the same with other clubs as well.

I am the same, I want something to follow and get behind. I have said countless times I want to get behind the Trust and that I'd be happy to do anything I could to push it but they aren't interested. People are confused, people don't know what to think, people only get to see what the media tells them.

Yeah the house buying/renting analogy in our situation is scratchy.

But given that it was tenantless at the time, and being ran into the ground - is it possible that the value did drop?

I know this is going to be a can of worms (arena wasn’t auctioned - hence the EC complaint)

Take a 250k house at auction, it’s a bit run down, and goes for 50k - that would be fine right?

Again bad analogy.... but it’s the only similar thing I can compare to
For that scale of reduced value the house would have to be uninhabitable, as opposed to having the leasehold extended by 200 years

Anybody who ends up as a mouthpiece for supports will inevitably get caught in the crossfire. As an example, it is difficult to say much on here without having an opposing voice pop up re: blame. course of action etc. It is also difficult to gain access to the parties involved unless you 'toe the line' (even if you have contrary opinions). Have always found that CJ comes across with more reasonableness than any other prominent members and generally gets good press on here. Difficult to 'support' people who you couldn't see yourself wanting to have a pint with (gut reaction stuff I suppose).

It is only legal action if the European Commission start legal action. They will only be involved and money will only be paid if there is a fault to be found. That won't be the fault of CCFC, that will be the fault of the Council and Wasps.

It's as if you think that gives them a pass to use it against CCFC? It's as if you have completely missed CCFC being stuck in the middle for god knows how many years?
I think we all know Nick that the grabbing legal profession will do everything possible to instigate legal action for their own gain

Thing is they shouldn’t be toeing the line with wasps and the council - they should be 100% behind the club

Well they should at least have people involved who have different views.
It's basically an echo chamber. I know people involved who I have a lot of time for but it needs reforming.

Yes of course, I’m not saying that they have to agree with everything the club do. But they should unite against any threat to the club.

Yes, look to remove SISU, but let’s prioritise issues first, and right now - our football club faces homelessness and there is not really the club or even SISU can actually do

I can see that happening to be honest, maybe not with the trust but if the unity from today carries on. Even if it's just some city fans who have different views going for a pint, it's certainly a start.

Better to work together with people who want to be pro sisu than against them, if they want to be left behind then fuck them too.

Been trying to say that for years in between being an argumentative prick!
