You don't understand what is actually happening do you? I'd suggest reading up on the process that will be followed should the EC decide the complaint warrants an investigation.

Wasps laid out the terms they deemed acceptable for talks and a new deal. Those terms were met. Wasps then changed the terms to something it is impossible to meet. It really is as simple as that.
Just got in and read through posts on this thread that I had missed. I realise that I owe you an apology. I had believed that this complaint would involve Wasps in legal action. I can see that this is not the case. It does alter how things are being played out. It doesn’t make me dislike Sisu any less, it does give me reasons to dislike Wasps even more. Moral of the story is obviously to check your facts are correct before arguing the point.

It's almost as if you aren't reading what you are being told. Why?

There's a strange pattern with people who shout the most. They read selectively.

Let's make it simple.

First, the commission ONLY gives the nod if it thinks the COUNCIL did something wrong doing the deal.

If any legal action comes from it, it will be from the commission against the COUNCIL because they think it needs to be done. Otherwise there won't be any. Legals will only come around IF the council are found to be in the wrong.

Why do you refuse to take in what people are explaining to you? I don't get it? You just completely ignore things to keep weirdly go on about Wasps being in the right to kick us out.
Just apologised to Cheif Dave for being in the wrong on this.
However.
You like a charity bet. Why don’t we agree to donate £20 to a charity that we choose if we win. We could agree on a poster on here to be an independent judge as to who has won.
The bet will be about your comment above. You need to provide a quote from anything that I have written in this thread that shows I have said that Wasps are right to kick us out of the Ricoh. No quibble from me if the poster agrees with you, I pay up straight away, even if I disagree with their verdict. You on?

Just to say what I have said many times before, even on this thread. I have no time for Wasps. They shouldn’t be here. The sooner they disappear back to London the better.Over to you.

Fair play, think you’re the first person in about 3 years on here to admit they’re wrong.

You were trying to justify it over and over and you weren't actually taking in what was being said to you. If you genuinely didn't see it or misread then that's fair enough.

You didn't need to actually say it, it was the multiple times you refused to read what people were saying and just go down the same road saying the same thing. Nobody is saying you should dislike sisu less in any of it, just have a look and try to understand at least.

I'll happily donate £20 anyway.

The biggest error SISU made was making an enemy out of the telegraph - the above is showing this.

Luckily with social media and freedom of information this isn’t as disastrous as thought, still detrimental though

In my experience of regional rags they’ll usually be swayed a lot by local politics and politicians.

They don’t take to kindly to so-called outsiders and they certainly have no qualms in writing bullshit if the editor has a dodgy rolled up trouser leg kind of deal going on ( they generally do).

I wouldn’t say SISU had made an enemy of the CT but that the CT will always be a ‘friend’ of CCC.

I think the silence is telling. So we had a small quote by the wasps guy. And we've come out and said we are accelerating ground share plans. Not one party has said it's off, the silence tells me both parties still want a deal and are just parting warning shots publicly.

It will happen

I was only reading Cheif Dave’s posts, didn’t see the others until later. Name a charity and I will send £20 to it too.

Apparently Mr Eastwood has said the talks are off.

No doubt someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
