I don't know about the European Commission reference - they have no legal standing. The ECJ is the only place to go, and that is after a FAILURE in the UK Supreme Court. The UKSC refused their appeal - which means they can't go to ECJ. Or so i thought!!!

But if this is true, SISU have lost all the trust that recent developments had started to grow in them. Bunch of stupid cunts!
Just who the FUCK is advising them????

If it isn't a court, is it actually legals?
Reading up on what it is, it’s not a court they have complained too, we don’t know what they have complained about either..... also guess this hasn’t just happened may have happened before talks started!

This sounds like a dastardly ploy by Gilbert to try and get an update from those involved, shake the tree, see what falls.
Not worrying yet.

You would have to speak to somebody who knows the ins and outs of the case as I'm not sure it's just that simple
More likely you would have to cobble together snippets of information from several sources. Draw your conclusion and debate ad nauseam with those with a different interpretation for the next decade

Apparently Gilbert has changed what’s “apparently” been said.
He’s now claiming sisu have made a complaint to the European court! Sounds like a load of rubbish to me.

The European Commission isn't a court, does Simon mean the European Court of Justice?

It’s (as in the case) to do with European law specifically state aid. You take your case to the commission as upholding European law is their jurisdiction and if they think there’s a case it then goes to the ECJ. Pretty sure I tried telling you that years ago but you took the piss instead because I had two words in the wrong place so it obviously meant I was wrong. Although clearly I wasn’t.

I think until it's confirmed by the Club people should remain calm, this tweet from Gilbert could be inaccurate.
I think it was leaked to pump up the pressure? SISU work with NDA's so this may be a bit of sabre rattling going on

If that were true, I wouldn't be thanking him if they were poised with their pen about to sign... but nobody, *nobody* would be stupid enough to think more legal moves weren't going to come, surely?!?
It all seems a bit strange, as if wasps wouldn't know.
