Confirms Horner is a sky blue. With his money and contacts he could buy us

I’ve heard previously that he’s tried and failed.

He’s quite well off personally, but not enough to take on a Football Club by himself, nor does he have the time due to his commitments with RBR.

I don’t think he’s involved with the Hoffman Consortium.

Well he can borrow some off Gerri, she will be making a mint from the Spice Girls pension tour.

His Dad worked at the Standard Triumph and was a Coventry fab, Horner is from Leamington and does support the club from a far.
Couldn’t him and Eddie Jordan team up and buy the Ricoh for us, the Red Bull Arena!!

Can’t blame Horner for trying.
I spoke to Lee Child (born in Coventry but moved to Brum when very young) a couple years ago and urged him to put in a bid for CCFC. His response was a wry smile and ‘I’m a Villa fan’.

One would think Coventry would be a great option for the English team Red Bull apparently want. Only stumbling blocks I guess is the stadium.

We were about to get taken over by them at some point in the last year, there was a thread about it.
Like most things on this board it turned out to be a load of bollocks

Red Bull could buy Coventry and Wasps...

If Horner was a proper Sky Blue he'd buy them and move them back to London.

Would you want us to be renamed RB Coventry? And have the elephant on our badge replaced with a Bull?

Clearly this will not happen but if it did then obviously i would support it

When he does book signings he never comes to Cov, only to Brum

He came to a book club in Leicester for a Q & A session. Very personable but not interested at all in his birth city.

Can you give me some examples of why you think that?
I've got reasons why I think he is.
Just behind Messi and Ronaldo in terms of ability, miles behind them in terms of attitude.
Miles behind in attitude? You ronaldo raped someone right?

Its mad that play acting is worse than rape to REAL footy fans! Sad
