It's not his ability that has held him back though by all accounts. In fact it did tell us something - he let it go to his head when there was supposed interest from elsewhere.

Fairly straightforward save to left, spilled, slow to get up.... could have had it but rovers forward couldn't believe his luck and tapped it in.

At the start of the season yes.

Could of been better but we had burge in goal I’m afraid and no striker

Ponti appears to have threatened there goal more than Baka and Chaplin did combined.
