Hope your touch rugby goes well and wasps look after you.

It's always funny when people love a flounce of somewhere they don't really bother with anyway. Wonder what would happen if I went and had a flounce in a pub I never drank in anyway saying I am done with it.

There's no moderation on here; just a clique that's hostile and dismissive. When that clique includes the Admin(s) you're in trouble. It will drive folks away. I've seen it with other types of forum.

I'm dismissed as a Wasps apologist by folks because it suits their position. That doesn't encourage debate and it's the opposite of what an Admin or Moderator's role should be.
Fuck off

You are welcome to setup a forum with dart, magwitch and everybody else who doesn't bother with ccfc but just wants to push an agenda. There's nothing stopping you.[/

Can you enlarge on your “doesn’t bother with ccfc” accusation please ?

Exactly what it says on the tin. Then spineless enough to not pay up charity bets about it.

Keep telling you I won that bet, which has nothing to do with bothering about ccfc does it, so explain my not bothering with ccfc ?

Do you mean the bet about how many ccfc games even though you have posted yourself that you apparently went to less than half?

Try to be consistent.

Don’t remember when this bet was but upto around Xmas time I went to most home and some away but since Xmas few home but still a few away, but my ccfc life’s has changed I follow an Acadamy age group home and away as a consequence of that I sacrifice first team matches

It was about how many games this season at the ricoh. It was a charity bet, it's not going to me or anybody else on here.

Because a Wasps 'Plant' would have a picture of Phil Babb as their avatar. Get a f*cking grip!

oh for fucks sake! I have no interest in formula one, know nothing about it, would take 2 minutes to set up an account, claim to be a fan if one of the teams and set up an appropriate avatar.
You don't come across as a city supporter to me, just the way you word things, I could be wrong of course, I couldn't give a fuck either way to be honest.

Of course they would do, it would make them look like a CCFC fan on the surface.

The problem for them now though is that most can spot them from a mile off.

The longer this drags on without a deal being confirmed, the more fans are going to get nervous.

The club mentioned before that they had a limited time to conclude a deal on the Ricoh, otherwise they would lose the second option - how long is that timeframe?

I would be surprised if these discussions relate to a one-year deal, you'd think in theory that would be quick to conclude.

Wonder if it will be like a signing with a pencil emoji on social media and a sneaky pic of the Ricoh?
MR “ we’ve been after Ricoh for a while so it’s good to get him through the door”

Ricoh “ I’ve been aware of Coventry’s interest for some time and they’re the club I always wanted. I know there were some issues but I just had to let my agent deal with that. Now I can’t wait to focus on growing grass for the team”

I agree whatever is going on is making me very nervous if there is no conclusion soon will we be looking at exile again!

The EFL originally said it needed to be sorted before the play offs so they could make the arrangements for promotion / relegation if we aren't in the league. If we have a backup of a groundshare outside Cov that might not apply now.

Boddy told CWR (off aid, told Clive in the car park apparently) that it needed to be concluded one way or the other in the next few days.

If we get past the last game of the season with no announcement I'll be getting worried.

The club suggested that the second option (groundshare) had a shorter time frame than the EFL's deadline, in the manner it was worded.

I really hope this is concluded quickly, otherwise fans will become more anxious.

I know the club said there was a short time frame on the ground share, but i cant help wondering if that is just a negotiating ploy to put pressure on wasps.

When the club moved to Northampton that didn't happen until mid July, and Otium didn't even own the club until late June so could not have signed any contracts but could have HoT's. That didn't stop a deal being done and there are currently not many sports teams looking for an alternative venue

Add to that it would be fair to surmise the usual legal arguments etc going on around who pays what, when and how much..... with heels digging in because of lack of trust

As it stands I think the EFL target date 29/05 has extended the process, so not worried yet about what is going on.
