All he said Uncle Tom was three judges ruled exactly the same decision at three separate court hearings over 5 years. Which was correct
Which doesn't mean the council are innocent of being dicks also and is exactly the same line as the council tried to push.

As did he in his essay checked over by an ex council leader which duggins kept referring to for public opinion.

Anyone hear that weasely little wanker David Conn-Artist on CWR, defending his slagging of SISU in the Grauniad? Wanker!
He's making it worse by refusing to admit its one sided. Nobody can read that and think its a balanced piece covering all sides yet despite practically every comment he's had on the article being someone calling him out he refuses to acknowledge it.

Who has said it does ? What that Conn fella said was simply three judges kicked the sisu case out and there’s no case in law for grounds to appeal according to the Supreme Court
Any ramifications involving CCC or anyone else is separate and for another day. Yes he was critical of sisu but basically for dragging the legals out for 5 years. Couldn’t really hear all he said as the presenter was all over the place with his facts too, talking about going to the Euro courts and/or civil court.

Why are ramifications separate for another day?

Is that day when you pay up your charity bet?

Is Magwitch Dongo then? Perhaps his choice of username is his idea of being ironic considering the character ended up being generous ;)

Nah just another one who gives it loads and won't pay up.

Probably cut from the same cloth as dongo though.

I can't see why Wasps would entertain any discussions with CCFC if legals were not at an end. Their hand is strong after last week's appeal ruling. If you look at the Wasps accounts for last year they spent 4 times more on legal costs than they received in rent from the football club, so to open discussions on a new rent agreement without some form of agreement on the legals would not make business sense.

Everyone wants to see CCFC playing at the Ricoh. It is in the interests of all parties. I have long believed that the ultimate end game here is for a visionary wealthy consortium to buy out SISU, then buy out Richardson and de facto acquire the Ricoh. With the income that the Ricoh generates combined with the revenue obtained from two major rugby and football clubs, a visionary consortium would have the makings of a very sound business model - especially if the football club can subsequently get back into the Premier League.

You do realise the club both pays and generates more for wasps than just the base rent, right?

Of course you do.

Come on Uncle Tom I won the bet and you know it.
You might want to check with whoever was using your account that said you haven't been to many games (about half) this season ;) the bet was about how many games you had been to.

Of course I do Nick which is why I said it was in the interests of all parties. But when you add all the other benefits into the equation would that really be enough to make you want to take on a tenant who constantly wanted to take you to court? But let's hope that is history. We have all suffered long enough.

How many times have London Wasps been taken to court?

One step at a time, be patient you never know.

As I understood it CVC are not sponsors they are shareholders so will presumably take a share of the income distribution
Can be only from new/improved telly deals, aren't most rugby clubs actually making a loss. Same issue as football they are paying players more than they can realistically afford.

Didn’t he post on here once upon a time?

Driven away by Nick and his gang who you may notice doesn't tolerate views that disagree with his own.( he will probably attack me again next, making things up he 'suspects' represent my opinion)

Isn't it a rather toxic atmosphere on this forum.

ISTR his user name was lamtara which didn't show up on a member search.

He was driven away? ha ok then.

I guess your mates Armybike and Orca were driven away too?

Turns out they didn't like being questioned or proven to be talking shite.

Didn't think you had much of a problem with the atmosphere, especially as you felt you needed 2 accounts to back yourself up and still showing no interest in anything football related.

There you go again, making it up. I only interact v. occasionally with those people on twitter, I don't agree with them. I don't know who they are and as far as I know have never met them.

Yes they’re making a loss, but CVC will be taking their turnover rather than waiting for any residual profit. That spells bad news for business unless their income takes quite a big leap.

I don't think anything you make up is exact nick, it's all kinda vague.. ;)
Feel free to disprove things.

You still haven't explained how you knew everything from those open letters years before everybody else. ;)

Magwitch hasn't paid his charity bet.

Captain Jack Griffin still hasn't explained why he needed 2 accounts to back himself up while still not actually discussing ccfc.

Armybike never explained why his internet kept breaking while there was football discussions and it only worked again when there was something council related.

Is all a bit strange. Crack on with disproving it all though.

I wasn't on about the open letters, just about the council/Cov rugby talking to Wasps. I thought that was known at the time. Maybe it's my memory playing tricks, but I seem to recall posts on here discussing it.

Magwitch? I have no idea what that bet was, so i'll have to let him argue that one
2 Accounts? Nobody else ever do that?
Armybike? I rarely post on football related threads either, Usually because I havent been to the game so have no view on it. Is it a rule that you have to post on them to be a fan?

As for made up stuff. You made up only a few posts ago that dart is mates with orca and armybike. Your memory playing tricks? ;)

This formal allows for more in depth analysis and discussion than the few characters on twitter. It results in arguments being picked apart in more detail and some people don't like it so they go off in a huff accusing bullying.

Mate as in the same "circle" on social media. Cut from the same cloth and very similar with their approach. No interest in ccfc unless it's regarding the council.

It wasn't known at the time about them talking, it came out later down the line about discussions in 2012 but not as much detail as what later came out.

Maybe you can try discussing football rather than jumping to the defence of people like Captain dart and the trust ;)

Don't forget the council too, torch won't forgive you otherwise. :emoji_stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
