Christ.

All i said is that all of these options are going to split the leave vote.

We will have to wait and see if your prediction of a majority of leave voters flocking to Farage comes true, I don’t think it will because a lot see through him.
So you have never made them sort of comments against me? Nobody else has made them sort of comments about me? Them sort of comments were not said about the remain March?

Yes Christ. The majority of those who are after remain whatever have lost sight of the whole picture. Where is the remain movement for the EU elections? Having millions of people sign a petition doesn't carry much weight. Voting leave will carry lots of weight. The EU saw it coming. They didn't want the disruption it could bring. But how many thought about it in the remain movement in the UK?

I think you’re seriously underestimating the anger in the country. Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party will hold massive appeal to the vast majority of the leavers in this country. You imagine that the consequence will be a split leave vote but I think you’re kidding yourself. I believe Labour as well as Conservative will be hammered.

Labour have got to commit to a people’s vote or there’s no point in being the opposition. Fudging it as they are will get them nowhere. Their MEPs are needed to swing the EU parliament to centre left, a necessary balance to the rise in the right. If they don’t support social democracy in Europe, they are helping the extreme right.

Apparently they already have:

Brexit: Nigel Farage’s party surges into European poll lead

methode%2Ftimes%2Fprod%2Fweb%2Fbin%2F7c5a73ba-6113-11e9-99ae-5ebf638762d3.jpg

Nigel Farage’s Brexit Party is set to come first in next month’s European elections, according to a new opinion poll.

Despite only launching in January, the new party has a five-point lead over Labour and a 12-point lead over the Conservatives.

The YouGov poll, conducted on Monday and Tuesday, put the Brexit Party on 27 per cent, ahead of Labour on 22 per cent with the Conservatives trailing on 15 per cent.

In a sign that Mr Farage has effectively cannibalised the support of the party he previously led in three separate stints, Ukip languished in sixth place on 7 per cent.

It shows that the Tories didn’t solve their internal problems on Europe by splitting the country. The ERG are handing power to Farage. All crazy. Still, the others have yet to enter the field.

Mart will be having a heart attack with this

Actually no he won’t. Farage had massive media and SM coverage. Off to a flying start. Now it’s time for the others to get into the news. It is really up to labour to say yes or no to a people’s vote. If Corbyn puts his weight behind what his party wants we can bury Farage. Remain needs a massive boost to catch up. They need labour.

You still don't get it do you?

All we keep hearing on here is about remain marches and how the leavers don't care enough to march. I said ages ago that Farage would get the support of the people who want to leave. I said leave voters would use Farage like he uses them. I said his new party would get off the ground. I said that it would get messy if we didn't leave. But all that came back was insults and pathetic comments like I want leave but say I am remain. Some people on here don't use the intelligence they were born with to make stupid point scoring comments.

And we are close to the point where others as well as myself said about. Nobody's happy because nobody has got what they wanted.

Yeah but..But...But...But...

You constantly told me Farage was a nobody. Never hear of him. Never on TV or in the media.

That I didn’t know what I was talking about because I didn’t live in the UK.

Now you say you always said Farage was going to get all the votes.

Latest polls show UKIP support has collapsed and been picked up by Farage, there are also a lot of Tory voters who are going to vote for him in the EU elections, there is nothing to lose is there & every opportunity to protest.

So there is a supposedly massive support for a PV - but the parties that actively support it are doing shit in these ‘polls’??

That's true.

I have no idea how these elections will go, and even if the results will show anything worth noting.

Could just as easily end up a large remain outing, but who would they vote for? Lib Dem? Green? Labour and hope it's all a dream?

That's the thing, the remain vote is all over the place, don't forget TIG or whatever they're called.

But millions of working class Labour voters in the North of England and the Midlands voted Leave ?!

Corbyn won't back a people's vote

Exactly - in an instant

Nothing to lose. If they don’t back a PV they will lose to Farage anyway. If they do they will be a rallying point for remainers. Brexit is a right wing project. About time we had an opposition leader who puts up an alternative strategy instead of wallying around hoping for a neither in nor out sort of Brexit - which no one really wants.

I'd rather spoil my vote than vote for any of those wankers: Nigel Farage launches Brexit Party

Can he not hear what he's actually saying here:

Earlier, Mr Farage told BBC Radio 4's Today programme: "In terms of policy, there's no difference (to UKIP), but in terms of personnel there is a vast difference.

"UKIP did struggle to get enough good people into it but unfortunately what it's chosen to do is allow the far right to join it and take it over and I'm afraid the brand is now tarnished."

He promised the Brexit Party would be "deeply intolerant of all intolerance" and would represent a cross-section of society.

Err yeah, no Tommy Robinson yet but nevertheless all the policies are the same so he could probably turn up once we've got our seats.

Rapidly changing your tune aren’t you.

A couple of weeks ago Farage was an irrelevance according to you and Tony.

Crap. It was Astute who said that. I said he has the backing of the media. Always on TV, especially BBC, his own newspaper ( Daily Express has supported him for years ), his own radio show and he has worked out how to get the most number of views on YouTube for his staged speeches on his relatively rare appearances in the EU parliament.

I was told I don’t know anything as I don’t live in the UK by Astute and Grendel said Farage was an irrelevance.

He might back a confirmatory vote on a deal, but I don’t think he’d support a flat out 2nd referendum.

That is what I want.. on whatever deal we get, with the Option of remain, and a secondary question, should leave win, to include no deal. I don’t see the objection to that. Everyone has a choice. Hard leave, soft leave and remain. After that, it’s over.

For our Future‘s Sake = People‘s Vote Campaign. They can only spend £195,000.00. the Publicity from Express- plus the other right Wing rags, LBC Farage Show ( and Galloway Show, who is supporting him ), YouTube expertise and being on Question Time and loads of other BBC TV and Radio programs.. is worth millions of advertising and publicity. The scales are tipped heavily in his favour. Everyone here has heard and seen Farage for weeks. He is a household name. How many know who FFS is? Even worse that without the weight of Labour, the anti Brexit parties are minnows and won’t get the necessary coverage to get their views across. We need an opposition party to BP, UKIP and the Tories, or at least a commitment to let the people say yes or no to any Brexit deal. Anything else is a suppression of democracy.

Opposition party? You've got Chuggy Wally and Anna Sourface and their chums flying the flag for the other team. They whipped up loads of free publicity when they defected. Why don't they champion themselves against Farage in the Euros ... or do they need to get off the MP gravy train first?

You don't need to spend squllions anyway, plenty of remainers in the public eye who could champion the cause if they got off their arses and did something about it instead of whinging on Twatter. You're doing a sterling job here in your own time, time to spread your wings. You've turned as many here as you can but you need to get out into the student bars and whip up support.

Oh Mart.

So the march by remainers didn't get massive media coverage? The however many millions joining the petition for another referendum didn't get massive media coverage?

Finally you can see what some of us have been warning about. It isn't because of Farage. But again he has been given a stage to be the mouth of what millions want.

You always highlighted the plight of those who want to remain but took the piss out of those who wanted out. You said they wouldn't come to anything. But it is different now Brexit looks as though it might not happen.

I told you he wasn't in the media as much as you made out. The rest of what you say is a lie.

I said he would be back if Brexit looked in danger of happening. And before you make another story up I haven't said if it is good or bad. Because we won't know until we find out if Farage being on the scene again will change things.
