If people want to or don't want to go this time, either for principle or logisticaI reasons, I totally understand it . Can't get my head around away games only though. Prepared to give up the time and expense of travelling up and down the country every other week but not to contribute financially to that team that you still care enough about to want to watch. Feels like punishing the hostage to me. And I don't mean that to be an inflammatory statement, people will and can do whatever they please, I just don't personally see any logic in it.

It’s not over yet said months ago this will go down to the very final second a deal at the Ricoh if to be struck will be at the very last minute,although I’m not confident Sisu must be hoping for a miracle we all know legals are not going anywhere if wasps do crash & burn the Ricoh falls back into councils hands their fucked,build a ground ? I imagine it has to be them as one of the two.
It’s certainly my preference for sixfields and it’s way ahead of St Andrews or the Bescot in my thoughts.

St Andrews is just as big a dump as a smaller dump in sixfields.
Reality is both are not ours but you don’t need a 30k stadium to rattle in with a possible speculated average combined attendance of anywhere between 3500 and 5000.

I really hope not, neither appeal to me in any way.
Although to be honest, I’m not sure where does (other than the Ricoh obviously).
I’d probably prefer a smaller ground (Nuneaton, Rugby, Leamington etc) closer to Coventry than an established one where the facilities may be ready to go, but will be 3/4 empty.
So either you or him was full of shit....

Yeah possible, I couldn’t call that either way other than for me I’d renew a season ticket at Sixfields but not St Andrews on my own pros and cons work commitments etc...
I really don’t get the preference for some to go St Andrews other than the ease of location to attend potentially.
The match day experience for fans and players would be horrendous and give a huge advantage to the well supported traveling clubs.
We thought the checkatrade trophy games and early FA Cup games last year at the Ricoh were flat lacking atmosphere at St Andrews it be a repeat if not worse every other week. That would be detrimental to our form.
At a smaller stadium a better or at least a more positive atmosphere could be generated.

From center of Coventry St Andrews is less than half the distance of sickfields.

Yeah I don’t dispute that as a positive in some respects. I just don’t see it as the best reason to do a deal with Birmingham either commercially or match day experience for the best of the players or club

Agree Northampton over those two, the only good thing about Brum is train links.
Only takes half an hour on the train to Northampton. 15 minute walk or quick bus journey up the road to Sixfields from the station.
Not that I want us to go there.
