What is the latest on this guy? Even weirder signing than Allasani it would appear!

Think we are trying to find him a club to offload him to, was in the paper a couple of weeks ago.

Injured at the minute.

I did see Bosma play twice in the summer, I can’t say I was overly impressed and he did need a lot of work.

Using Allasani as a comparison, RA has all the technical abilities but needs a run of games for fitness and sharpness, I don’t think Bosma will reach the level where we are.

From comments the other day it doesn’t look great for RA either unless he breaks through soon.

He seems to be struggling to get in lower/non league teams. I’ve only seen YouTube clips of him. He looks like he’s got skill...seemingly not enough.

You have to laugh at the hype the telegraph gave the boswa signing. About 10 articles how he was a 6 ft plus box to box midfielder with a keen eye for goal, no nonsense leggy midfielder. If you're bored go back and find them. Made him out to be the non league Paul pogba.

RA I'm afraid is another they completely hyped up and whilst he's 100% worth another year, we have to be realistic.

These risks are deffo worth taking just wish the CET wouldn't hype them up so much.

Bosma was a weird one where even Southport fans said they had several players that were better than him. One of Widdrington's whiffs.

Robins has said he’s being released at the end of the season.

A signing for the U23s, perhaps he had some good raw attributes to maybe kick on in the EFL. Evidently this isn’t the case.

Personally, I don’t mind these kind of signings to beef up our U23s because one of these may make the grade.

Clubs with a lot of young, inexperienced teenagers in their U23 teams often bring in one or two big lumps to look after them against teams who are made up of older, tougher opponents
The idea is to give the younger lads confidence to play and to help them stand up to intimidating tactics

What do they pay for those roles? I reckon with a pre season I could just get stuck in if needed. (assuming you don't need to be decent at football).

Will dust out the Puma Kings.

He wasn't signed on the day he turned up, he was in and around the clubs training facility for a few weeks, so recommended by the scout, not signed by the scout..MR like every manager around the country will make mistakes on players especially those stepping up in levels.

MR took a chance was the right type of midfielder we need imo, some come off some don’t take Hyam as an example.

Hyam came with a degree of pedigree...had previously been regarded as a future prospect. Bosma probably had one decent game in front of scout and it was decided to give him a go. Nothing to lose.
Like most of our academy his career high will probably be playing for our academy.

A little bit harsh.. looking at the team that played at Sheffield United only Addai, Drysdale and Bremang haven't played for the 1st team this season.

I was really surprised that from the team's stats, BB hasn't even started for the 23s only making 2 appearances as sub, as a 22 year old this tells its own story.. Coventry City Under-23s - YouthHawk

I stand corrected!
I think I was trying to highlight that most players don’t ‘make it’.

It must be difficult to make a judgement on wether a player can step up. If it was easy those raw players wouldn’t be there to be found as they’d all be snapped up. Plus think of all the technically gifted footballers who never make it as pros. It’s not like someone with a good touch and a bit of flair will simply succeed.
