Sterling (Dujon) has been really poor for about the last month. Trying to say otherwise just makes you out to look a bit silly.

I'm not saying Grimmer is the saviour, but it's understandable that he would be upset in the fact he's not getting a look in as Sterling has been so poor. In fact, he's undoying his good work that got the critics off his back early on.

How can you honestly stand your ground and try to say Sterling has been good in the last 5 games is just moronic.

You often make really good points about CCFC, but your blind bias of some players can be quite embarrassing sometimes.
Whenever grimmer plays right back in leagie 1 we dont look as good. Sterling has been nowhere as bad as you say to boot

Hes simply a better player

Its not this kind of result that has cost us, it's poor performance away to Blackpool etc, plus being kicked off the pitch by more cynical teams, with no support from officials.

You've gotten say that's probably plays offs gone now, 7 point gap when you take into account Doncasters superior goal difference to make up in just 6 games. We probably need to win all 6 remaining games to stand a chance.

How it stands with all other teams staying around their own playing levels. Still a win and a draw needed more than Doncaster over the remainder of the season. Then beat Doncaster on the last game of the season for the play-offs.

I was happy with the point. After going 1 down I did fear the worst. Didn’t think anything was going to fall in our favour. But then after the ref let us play a free kick from the wrong spot after perhaps realising he should have played advantage we seemed to up our game

Good point and performance against a strong outfit

Me and my boys were massive grimmer fans, our player of the season last year ... but in general I think sterling is better NOW. My only gripe with playing him all season is that we are bettering him for another club after this season... if you are putting Kyle walker in the team
On loan, then I get playing a loan player over one we own of course, but if you are building up a young lad who has taken half a season to really get to the point we thought he would be from day 1 , the I’m not really sure if it was a better option than giving a player we own, and who got us promoted, a chance to improve and show what he can do at this level too... who knows, maybe he could have grown into this league and this level in the same time that sterling did

Play the better player whilst they are here. Grimmer isn't, and never will be, as good as Sterling. Its purely sentimental reasons that fans demand he plays. The record when he plays this season is beyond poor.

Sounds like a creditable, resilient performance. Well done lads. Would have been easy to have our tummies tickled after we went behind for the second time, but sounds like we stuck at it doggedly. Great response after last Saturday.

It’s Embarrassing that “fans” can’t turn up, respect someone else’s property and have a good day out. Doesn’t matter if it’s out fans out anyone else’s, it’s vandelism and should be treated as such
Exactly, apart from the ricoh. I have a dump and never flush just to show wasps

We have some proper dick heads that support us. Why would you break the seats?
Typically some of the bottom feeders on Facebook think it isn't an issue

Of course it's not an issue for them as they're brain-dead molluscs, but our club will probably (and rightly IMO)!be paying for that damage to be repaired. So it's essentially like damaging our own property. Always pisses me off when people in our support act like twats.

Agreed , just not sure
It was clean cut at the start of the season... sterling was a bit hit n miss , where as grimmer was coming off the back of a great season. Who knows if grimmer could have progressed and stepped up

Understand that pov but if we get promoted the whole club develops over 1 right back

Great to see their players fall to their knees at the full time whistle. Exhausted? Disheartened at throwing away 2 points or relieved they didn't lose?

Barnsley were dangerous but once we woke up after slow starts both halves, we more than dealt with them. I can't beleieve hyam didn't score at the end.

Same. Was ready to smash another seat. Can't believe it never went in.

No it’s losing to most of the bottom half, particularly the worst sides in the league. Missing sitter after sitter

Performances like today just make you think what could have been if the team had shown that sort of commitment and passion against the bottom 6 this season.
Really dogged today and more than played their part in an entertaining game.

4 points dropped against AFC
3 against Walsall
6 against Scunny
3 against Rochdale

Eye watering stuff

Very determined performance against a team unbeaten in 19 I believe. Errors cost us but two brilliant finishes got us an unlikely point.

Superb performance from the near on 2,000 fans too, very loud throughout most of the game. For a team with a great chance of promotion the Barnsley fans were incredibly quiet.

More twists and turns yet to come yet but the Playoffs are almost gone.

Great away day yesterday with my lad. Really enjoyed the game and it was nice to hear some Barnsley fans say that we were the best team they had played this season whilst we were walking back to the car.

Only negative point was the idiots smashing the seats. It was actually kids no older than 14/15 at the back doing it. Absolutely pricks who thought it was also cool to be vaping!

We deserve to be in the playoffs - unlucky on a number of occasions and rubbish on others - with what’s going on off the field to get to the playoffs be a great achievement- also might attract a new buyer once the shitstorm is over oh no that’s Covexit city
