Not sure how they could say with any certainly we'd be at the Ricoh next season if they hadn't had talks.

In that case, Wasps can talk about a rental agreement despite ongoing legals then? As ultimately a takeover does not stop SISU taking them to court.

Said that before. Their stance makes no sense and in all likelihood will lead to more legal action. The club moving, ceasing to exist or changing ownership doesn't stop the legals.

Nick was asked what sort of a club owner he would like and said ,one with a shit load of money .
Dont think thats gonna happen . i'd like somebody who wants to see the club do well,a supporter. Somebody you could get behind .
Hope Gary Hoffman and co do one day succeed with there bid

What’s the value of Ryton? Did the offer include Ryton? Don’t think they’re previous offers did?

The previous offer included half the value of Ryton I think

So if current offer is £7m

70% LTV mortgage = £5k
WASPS / CCC / SBT / whoever = £2m ??????????

Why can't the Trust open up with what they know?
It points to why the meetings are all confidential with the council / wasps and why nothing could be said. Otherwise they will probably wind up in court.

As members of the Trust - can we ask to see all their correspondence and have they made any overtures to Hoffman/WASPS
It seems there must be a bloomin good offer at the Ricoh on table if they are so seemingly behind it. What is it?

How many members do they claim they speak for?
If we all asked for information what can they refuse?

The trouble is as much as we all want them to go Sisu will never look to sell the club for 7 million. Also adding that they can keep Wilson money is not really an incentive. Given his injury record he could do his knee again between now and the end of the season and there goes any money for him so that would essentially be 5 mil down the drain. I honestly don’t think they will sell for less than 14/15 mil cash upfront.
Brendan is supposed to be targetting him for the Summer window.

Why would they want to sell their debt dumping service otherwise known as Coventry city fc ?

Sisu have said the bid undermines the on field football.WTF

It does have that ring to it unfortunately. Two weeks ago Robins speaks out about anti-SISU chanting saying it’s not helping the team. What do you suppose will happen on Saturday with this drip-fed news throughout the week? It’s a clear campaign and the majority of fans will once again fall for it.

How much do you think the club is worth?

My own personal belief is that the Club is worth a figure in the region of £10-£15m.

To break this down as people will think I'm crazy, take into account all the contracted players (and their values in this modern-inflated market) of the first team, it has also been suggested to me previously by someone in the know that a value is placed on development and academy players, if this is the case then from the first team squad through to the U16's could be valued at anywhere between £6m-£10m - if not more!

Add to this the Club has contractual agreement with the likes of Bournemouth for % of fees received player, example Wilson, which of course can change with the need to buy ex-players.

This isn't even taking the name of the Club or the Golden Share into account.

Hoffman is far off and needs to re-evaluate his offer IMO.

Nothing undermines the on field stuff more than the clown like behaviour of our owners over recent seasons

I have to agree with them. Saturday now they'll be no singing apart from we want sisu out, one Gary Hoffman, joys a slag or whatever they sing. Then Barnsley away turns angry because some pissed up blokes who should know better start arguing about takeovers and how sisu are the devil when really everyone should be focused on being the 12th man to this team which are on the verge of doing something quite special, against all odds.

You wanna bid? You wanna buy? Keep it fucking private so the team and fans can get on with helping the push towards promotion

Of course it is, as clear as day. Not sure how many times it needs to be pointed out.

Bidding for a football club is completely normal behaviour and making it known you’ve bid is also completely normal behaviour in the football world , despite what our owners say

I'm at the stage now where I don't even know who I dislike the most!!!

Sisu
Council
Wasps
Telegraph
Now this bloody consortium.

They knew full well that bid would be turned down, and they're just trying to throw more bad publicity around.

It's not helping us in the long or short term or on the pitch.

We just need constructive talks to sort out next season then they can all carry on throwing shit at each other and come up with long term plans.

Anyone would be better than these twats we have in charge at the minute
Actually even though I hate SISU for the way they are using the club and the emotions of fans to achieve their objectives in a way that leaves the future uncertain they are to give them their due quite good at the finance side of running the club. I still want them out ASAP.

You think what Hoffman does is a normal takeover behaviour?

It worries me how easily people fall for things. Its a stunt at the minute, the same as last time.

Not successful bids/takeovers. The fanfare comes upon completion of a deal.

Totally normal , trying to buy a business in turmoil , absolutely 100% normal .

Just so happens he is also a city fan too

It was completely public knowledge bids had been made for Pompey , Man City Chelsea etc .

Why are people lying and trying to vilify Hoffman ?

Infact keeping it private puts less pressure on sisu , they are doing the correct thing

Shows the owners up for living in fantasy land , having no interest in the clubs future and showing no clear sign of ever fucking off
