Do I even bother clicking on that link or have they just used the line in the accounts about other options for a while article?

It is just the line from the accounts saying they are exploring other options

Misleading headline writing from the Telegraph, and a really poorly written article:
The club has until tomorrow, Tuesday, March 5, to tell the English Football League where they will play their home matches during the 2019-20 season, or face expulsion from the league.

I know in the dreamworld of the Nicky Eastwood Way and the Trust they'd love the EFL to punish the club by expelling them from the league, but in the real world the reality is that they'll need to show evidence of an alternative to the Ricoh if we want to avoid expulsion.

Anybody who thinks the club will survive explusion from the EFL is utterly utterly deluded.

4.5k seater that we wouldn't even fill due to the boycotting that would ensue.

Nah.

I think the accounts filed on time has put the cat amongst their pigeons ;)

That's the Ricoh deal for next season gone then... Would anybody go next season if we are to groundshare again???

He has said they are looking at alternatives, surely it was to be expected?

It is a clickbait, misleading title as there are no plans in there other than the quotes from the accounts.

Would you prefer them to not be looking in to alternatives to the Ricoh? That would mean if Wasps maintain their stance we’ve out of the league.

As for who would go, dependent on where it was, I would. This is very different to last time.

Misleading statement in Tim Fisher interview here.

He was moving his lips, of course it was misleading.

I have pointed out for weeks that the EFL haven't mentioned anything directly about 6 miles or it having to be the Ricoh as well.

Does anybody think we shouldn't be looking at options when the owners of the only stadium we can realistically play in won't talk to us?

Yes, because then the club will be handed over to Hoffman.

Let me rephrase that for you. If SISU maintain their stance were out the league.

Of course the owners will talk. It just needs SISU to drop their ludicrous legal action which we all know is unwinnable anyway. Most City fans I know regard Wasps' stance as perfectly reasonable, in that why should they negotiate with someone who is trying to distress them as a company?

The nomads kicking the home team our of their own city
I would suggest that they will be more distressed with us leaving both financially and in terms of local goodwill

If London Wasps have done nothing wrong and the legal action is ludicrous then they have nothing to fear by letting it run the course. If sisu aren't going to drop the legals would you rather we play elsewhere or cease to exist?

Not sure why some of our fans are so keen on us being kicked out of the league.

Seems like there’s a bit of a panic today. People expecting the accounts not to filed and the club not to be looking at alternative grounds?
