You get £50 free if you sign up for an account I think. Certainly used to.

Might be worth it.

A landing page is easy to knock up, it's just deciding what is going to be on it and what the call of action is? It's all well and good having the ads but as Keith Lemon would say "whats the message".

TBH I think a billboard would get more attention.

But if you wanted to do it, could be a simple page with a form to email your councillor/MP/whoever or something. I’m sure it wouldn’t take much to knock up.

Just need the Lucas statement and something about the club being homeless in a few weeks.

Yeah a billboard would do the job. Design it like one of those ones with quotes.

It's finding a billboard and a company who would allow something like that.

Im sure one in central London in the posh bits might be costly too :(

Is that the electric one? It seems a lot because they rotate as well so it isn't a full day.

Petrol stations might be worth looking at as well, always see the numbers to advertise on the pumps!

You say they revolve, would it be feasible to have 4 or 5 posters of our own on rotation?

It is the electric screen, so I think they just stay on like a slideshow for a certain amount of time and then rotate with other things.

When I have been past its either car garages or really shit clothing websites.

Just rent or buy a knackered old artic lorry on a match day and get some old soak with a HGV licence to drive it up and down Skyblue way with a mad fooker on the back banging a drum on a specified date with the Lucas logo plus shaming other councillors .
After the game buy the driver enough ale to last him a month or two job done!
Job done and let the local and international press know. He might just dump it outside at half time and fook off to the Wheatsheaf

That's a good point. You can get those vans with big massive TV screens on that drive about.

Would be funny to have one parked outside SISU's office. (assuming they actually go there).

Or get a local farmer to spray the offices with pigs blood in the middle of the night and either fook off sharpish or say he did it for a publicity company and turns out the purchase order was false

Get the telegraph to get that mobile thing they had to protest about us playing in Northampton. They can pay for it with all the money they made of Wasps advertising.

I am sure I saw something that went viral about a company who would deliver a tipper truck of horse shit to an address on request. I can't find it out :(

It was some bloke who was just doing it for "pranks".

Have any of you read the story of the 4 blokes who started the twitter account “Led By Donkeys”? (@ByDonkeys) ...... anti-brexit and they started by putting posters on top of advertising boards that they didn’t pay for. But now have big backing. Why bother paying!!

Ok, so billboard situations etc, I may be able to help.
I have a mate you does advertising for a living.
Bear with me on this one lads, it's complicated.
Ok, so, he has a Luton van with advertising screens on both sides. No in terms of what he can put on it he has to be careful what he writes and how he words it because as it's his business he doesn't want any conflict of interest.
ie, he can't write fuck off w**ps on his van then expect any business from the casino or exhibitions/concerts etc.
But, he's willing to rent out ad space for the right messages. In terms of location, it's a van, within reason it can drive/park anywhere so outside the stadium on match days, council house on week days etc.
He does design so anybody with ideas he can knock together artwork for it.
I've added his own poster and a couple of photos of the van itself.

Also, to add to this, I've thought of am idea I'm sure he'd be happy with.
Using the Ann Lucas quote shirt, using different shirts use different quotes.
Ie on 1 shirt a quote from Jimmy Hill,
On another have a w**ps shirt with the nick Eastwood "CCFC long term future" quote. The joy sepalla "I know fuck all about football" quote, find something by Tim Fisher, and so on. And have them on a loop.

Let me know what everyone thinks. It's an idea, and unlike with billboards, were not limited to location.

The thing is then, where and how do you target them?

There's no point slating Seppalla on the Burges, what you need is some sort of "investors union" event or something where here "peers" will be and get him to rock up and eat his lunch outside while they all see.

It is the location and timing that would need to be planned for them all.

Can see a fair few chipping in, especially if it is going to be aimed at all of them.

Just need to figure out where and when for each of them.

Then need to get a price!

Park the van outside Anne Lucas`s house for a day. Then one of the high advertising investors such as JLR for Wasps point of view. Then that cretin Muttons house. Etc etc

So what are the Trust thinking then CJ?
2 days ago you asked for ideas and have been given a fair few. You said we need to move quickly. Seems to of come to a stand still. Almost like the Trust wanted to look like putting pressure on w**ps but not actually follow through with it?!?!

Need a rolling video of burning down a Wasp nest right on the Ricoh roundabout - that should focus their attention!

Could go full emotional blackmail and record video messages of your city supporting children asking Wasps, CCC and Sisu not to destroy their football team. Play them on the video screen.
This ^
Sky Sports News would lap that sort of shit up.
And beyond all the politics, that is the brutal truth. My boy's sung along with SISU out and doesn't understand why the council sold the ground to Wasps, but he still had the game to watch the team to support.
It wasn't until I showed him the EFL statement and explained what that might mean that he got upset.

Suggested this before, so easy to do with everyone having a smartphone. Get the old blokes on as well who have been going for decades, Jimmy Hill singing PUSB in the background.

Get someone who can video edit and cut in footage of our finest moments. Make a series of them small enough to share on social media.

If you could get Maddison or Wilson to record something Sky would be all over it. Doesn't even have to be anything controversial or political, just what the club means to them and it needs to be saved.
