I thought Baka grew into the game, started winning more and more dangerous flick ons.
agreed won everything and provided hiwula with loads of flick ons in second half.

Clarke Harris scored a similar goal against Wycombe didn’t he?

Did he? He scored against Wycombe but he didn’t dispossess their defender, run into the box with pace and score through a crowd of players.

JCH is an awful footballer. Even you must admit Hiwula played well today.

Also, it really is too easy.

That may explain things: most of us accept that we are subjective but usually right. If you did manage to be objective, it wouldn't follow that you would always be right. In fact, not me, but some seem to doubt if you are ever right. But I think that may just be because they are very subjective and find they don't agree with you.

Bakayoko 620 minutes of 1st team football this season 4 goals 2 assists. Not bad IMO

We'd be higher up the league if Robins stuck with him after his Charlton masterclass. He bombed him out after.

Yep, he clipped the back of their guy's heel. Unintentional, but definitely a foul, and the hapless referee just waved away Walsall's understandable protests. Funnily enough, when they replayed the goal on the big screen, the action started just after that incident. From where I was sat, Hiwula's resulting shot also looked like it took a very kind deflection off a Walsall player's leg, but I'll be generous and not classify it as an own goal.

Back in the West Country now,Grand Mac large fries and Coke Zero and the goals to watch again thought we were outstanding today
Their keeper kept it respectable 6 or 7 wouldn’t have been an unjust score PUSB onwards and upwards!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed today. I thought bakayoko, Kelly and Willis were the stand out players but the team as a whole did well. Still think they can be a little more incisive and better decision making but that will really only come with increased confidence. Onwards and upwards but not ready for promotion yet

And Stockdale makes a real difference

A keeper a right back a right winger a left winger and a centre forward and we would be in with a good shout of the playoffs next season

You’re right, he’s wrong... Baka was actually decent from kick off
I meant in terms of flick ons, he won a lot more in the second half and got better as it went on. Wasn't saying he was particularly bad before!

Bit harsh! We were 3-0 up and weren’t going for it as much before he came on. He also made the keeper make a very good save.

Agreed I actually thought his movement was quite good when he came on and against a poorer keeper his effort probably would’ve hit the back of the net

Only my 5th game of the season yesterday, but that was the best. At times we looked very good. Evening topped off with a fantastic madras and a couple of cobras. Happy days.

I think his performance yesterday owes a fair bit to the distribution from Stockdale, his long balls forward were hit flatter and more direct than Burge's kicks which are generally just punts in the general direction. Yesterday showed how important a keepers distribution is, Stockdale was calm and unrushed and looked like he was passing the ball rather than clearing it.

Was explained to me that it’s to stop you pissing innit and throwing it on the pitch. Empty/open bottles don’t go as far or hurt as much.

Not sure I’d agree with the policy if I was in the rows in front of said open piss bottle mind.

I would rather it had a top on and went on the pitch than sprayed piss on the fans as it goes over.

Am I correct in thinking we were linked with the centre back Scarr a few weeks ago? Dodged a bullet there as they didn’t have a singles decent player and were easily the worst team we have played this year.

Been reading some of their fans having a go for celebrating the goal they more than anyone should realise he doesn’t get that many so will be desperate to celebrate.

Nice to have two players score against their former team.

Bye bye Walsall relegation for you this season and if you keep getting rid of your better players that’s what happens
