The decisions she has taken make her an enemy of the state. Ok the child may be an innocent but it was of her making.
Her family are asking the government to bring her back. Where the FUCK were they when she was being radicalised at 15?
Encouraging it I’d hazard a guess. Wasn’t her dad one of anjam choudhurys supporters.

If, like they say, jihadis come back to the country they won’t Slip back into society quietly and soon enough there will be trouble on the streets. The government won’t and can’t allow it and so as soon as it does, troops will get deployed.

Put your copy of V for Vendetta down, we are a million miles from trouble on the streets. A couple of dopey twats cos playing as council workers aren’t going to do shit.

“Troops deployed” you sound like those mental Yanks with their basements full of beans.

Well time will tell. I’m sure you’ll drag it up if it doesn’t happen.
If you’re happy with 400-500 battle hardened jihadists slipping back into the country without trouble then you’re got more faith in humanity than me.

They don’t really have any proof that I did anything dangerous, oh that’s ok then welcome back.

I look at the other way can she prove she didn’t do anything.

In not bringing decapitated heads back you mean?

Just wondering how you can prove you didn't do anything.

If she can’t leave her there.

Also her wording they don’t have any proof doesn’t say she didn’t do anything

Yup, but it's nigh on impossible.

You could prove you DID do something, because you could have photos, or footage of you carrying out heinous acts, or doing despicable things, or firing a rifle at the enemy etc. , but don't see how you can prove you didn't do anything and even if you had dozens of witness statements to that fact they would be from fellow Isis associates surely.

Behave. She’s got a Solictor probably telling her what to say.
ISIS killed 5,356 civilians, enslaved nearly 4000, and spawned a wave of terror like no other group on the planet.

With complete premeditation, she supported this, gave the men of this group her body & soul so that they could go on killing.

My sympathy is with the victims who ISIS have killed, not this waste of space

Wonder if genuinely many of you would be saying anything different if she was saying she made a mistake and is sorry. You’d still be saying hang her probably as she’s just making up the remorse

She’s not sorry for fuck sake. she’s playing the game. I wouldn’t if you’d feel the same way if ISIS had killed one if your family hey. She supported terror attacks which has affected 1000’s of families over the years. her family are scum pure and simple and the fact your sticking up for her makes you as bad as them to be honest

I knew it and called it. She couldn’t possibly say anything that would change you and others opinions from she should burn in hell. What do you mean behave? She was asked if she made a mistake and she said yes.

Stop assuming stuff. I’m not sticking up for anyone. It’s a discussion and a debate. You have no idea what she supports or doesn’t and neither do . You and others were saying she’s not even showing any remorse and now she is you are all saying she’s being told what to say as I called earlier on in the thread.
She needs to answer for her actions

Legally I think we'll have to take her back, but I have to admit I've got a very bad feeling about her and if she does I doubt it'll be the last time she's in the news for extremism.

But what to do with her? Put her in prison? She can radicalise other impressionable people. Let her free on the streets? Potential danger to the public and the cost of surveillance. Plus she's likely to get a whole load of people trying to get at her, which is only going to entrench her position further and give fuel to the extremists on how the west hates Muslims. Let her keep the child? It'll be brought up in an environment where it's taught an extremist view. Take it off her? One day that child will want to know it's past and that could be a problem, and again gives the extremists propaganda.

I would however like to amend her statement "People should have sympathy towards me for everything I've been through." It should read "...everything I've PUT MYSELF through"

What remorse is she showing exactly? glad to see you ignored all the 1000s died by Isis and concentrate on her feelings.

Cos it’s a stupid argument. No one is defending Isis and their attacks and murder and fear tactics. No one understand no one. And it’s a crime to be a member of and support and encourage others too so she will have to pay for her actions and should. I wasn’t ignoring them. The remorse is that she recognises she’s made a mistake

she’s only made a mistake because isis is failing in Syria. That’s not showing remorse that’s showing she fucked up. Big difference

I was wondering about the baby. I'm assuming as the mother is a British national the baby can claim British citizenship, or at least a British passport. I can claim an Irish passport but I've never been to the place in my life and I can make that claim because I've got parentage from N. Ireland, which is British.

This comment tells you all you need to know about religion:

When asked about whether she was fully aware of the brutal way in which the terror group operated, including beheading people, Begum admitted: "Yeah, I knew about those things and I was okay with it.

"Because you know, I started becoming religious just before I left. From what I heard, Islamically that is all allowed, so I was okay with it."

TGP, I'm afraid Begum is a British citizen (not Bangladeshi, or any dual national), so her son is British. Apparently her family in London are willing to look after him. Fine - let HIM back, and his terrorist-in-waiting mother can stay where she is! Mind you, they did a GREAT job bring HER up, didn't they...?

shouldn't be allowed any where near her or her family if it's to have any chance of turning into a rational human being.

Id rather send the family to her, the cost on her returning will be amazing as she will have to come back with a new identity as her safety couldn’t be guaranteed. The child can’t go to the family they have proved rubbish at parenting already. The best option if she comes back is solitary in prison.
