And are your family using different browsers on thier Windows/Android/iPhone devices?

Ok, perhaps try another browser on Android?

Don't know about Fire Tablet if you can use another browser other than Silk?

Alternatively, go through these processes here How to Fix Android 'DNS Probe Finished No Internet' Error on Chrome?

And REBOOT after each Solution/Method!!!

Did the problem re-appear, Otis or has it been ok?

Have you tried manually changing wifi channel? It worked for me.

We had this after moving about 9 months ago (and given a new router) so I ended up phoning them up and threatening to leave, they sent me a new router and gave us some credit and the problem never occurred again.
