I seem to recall he alluded to not getting the job offers compared to his white counterparts to coach because of the colour of his skin, which has been proven to be correct (rather than blaming 'everything' on being black). Fair play to him he's doing a good job so far and sticking two fingers up at those racists who don't want him to succeed.

It's more Kevin Nolan than Notts Co I reckon. Personally I'm not bothered either way - if they play badly enough to be relegated they should be, just like any other team. Don't 'hope' they do that and go down though.

Sol has made a decent start to his managerial career so fair play to him. Will remain to be seen if it's a new manager honeymoon or long term success but so far he's showing he's capable of managing. My gut tells me eventually his ego will cause rifts with players, but we shall see.
