Somebody mentioned Reg Matthews - This guy arguably is the most successful Cov lad so far to make it big time - He was picked for the full England side 5 times when Cov were a third division side

Daniel was at Man Utd. Shane Nardiello was his cousin I think, he was ok. Daniel's father was former City player Don.
I went to school with Jack Nardiello. He played for Stoke's academy and U23s then Nuneaton for a bit after getting released. I wonder why he didn't play for the CCFC academy.

Think it was his brother Phil Nardiello who was my PE teacher at Wiseman in the 90’s? Always seemed to be in and around the schoolboys teams and academics etc.

Mate of mine Steve Norris, won the European golden boot award while playing for chesterfield, absolute legend there.
Still beloved in Rugby for his time there, goal machine in the Jimmy Knox era.

I think he owns that and the school uniform shop across the road.

The sports shop at Cannon Park used to be there but they have opened a sports direct inside so probably did him in.
