This Land's End entertainment bit smacks you right bang in the face and it was the first thing we encountered when we got there and our very first feeling was one of disappointment.

If you go to the opera you don't want to be having to step over lots of homeless people in order to get to your seat.

That is there at buck palace! The tatt bit didn’t bother me, got a coffee and walked through. Not sure why there is an uproar?

I reckon the 'tat' was probably introduced so the people with kids have something extra to do since it is quite a long way from anywhere. People want to make a day of it - & if the weather isn't brilliant it helps them use up a bit of time
