Likewise mate. I had an email at about 5 yesterday afternoon confirming original tickets now void and will receive e tickets. Can see me standing in a queue with you at Wembley pre match at this rate.

I’m waiting for e tickets to come through too. Ordered five by post but only one arrived yesterday. Rang up and was told I’d requested e tickets yesterday which I hadn’t and checked to find only three had been sent by email.

Told me I’d receive all five by email today by 12 but still no email.

Going to be queuing monday by the looks of it rather than enjoying the day.

The cunts wouldn’t even refund the postage. I have a suspicion they’ve known there’s an issue all week but have been fobbing people off and now it’s the weekend the phones are closed.

Not bothered by the postage fee now, just want my tickets.

Why the fuck should we queue up at 11am at Wembley for no fault of our own?

Tried calling the CCFC tickets line as anothe roption, no visibility of e-tickets whatsoever.

Fucking shambles.
Pissed off that they haven’t sent the tickets I ordered.

Pissed off that I had to ring to tell them at cost to me.

Pissed off that they told me they’d email E tickets as replacement and haven’t.

Pissed off that rather than enjoy the day and a few beers I’m going to be queuing whilst the mrs has to entertain three kids outside.

The day has already cost over £300 and now the build up is going to be ruined by ticket shafter!

Finally got the tickets at the last possible opportunity. Feel sorry for anyone who hasn’t got theirs. Completely unnecessary!

We should email the club and ask them to make a formal complaint after the event to ticketmaster

There's no on the day sales so anyone that does need to go to the ticket office at Wembley it should be relatively quick. As look as you have proof of purchase and ID all they will need to do is cancel the old ticket, easy as its now all barcodes, and issue you some new ones.

Get there early, get your tickets sorted then into the fanzone and start on the beers.

Exeter fans can buy on the day??

One of the biggest jokes is that tickets costing £30, £40 or £60 are being sent out second class. That is scandalous.

You go to the post office and say you have something of that value in your envelope, the last advice they would ever give you is to post it out second class.

Absolutely scandalous. Around 4000 tickets left in the sky blue section, not even close to a sellout overall and people are still waiting for tickets. Heads should roll over this.

Just go to the West ticket office on Monday and they'll sort it.
Obviously.

Mightily pissed off that I have to do so when it is not my fault... There's likely to be thousands there and I would need to get there right on for 11am to get things sorted quickly.

Guessing you will have to get there reasonably early though won't you?
Opens at 11am and is right next to the fan village. As there's no sales on the day for us and there is a dedicated ticket office for each team ours will only be doing collections and issuing duplicates. Expect they'll be pretty quick. Can't imagine the L2 play offs being a hot bed for fraud or anything that would cause hold ups.

Some people may be surprised to know this isn't the first time Wembley has ever staged an event with lots of people attending. Unlike the Ricoh they probably have a plan to cope.
