I’m hoping for a boring 0-0 on Saturday (1 Viewer)

I'd much prefer a decent win, would take a draw as it's enough but would love another thrashing of a team!

no way, you wanna go into playoffs in form not off back of a mediocre performance

Yep, same.

Would much rather stuff them. No offence to Morecambe, but they had such an excellent chance of sealing their safety last Saturday and failed.

I would take no pleasure in relegating them, but want the City to win.

It's their own fault if we send them down.

They aren’t an adventurous team so if we get an early goal that will suit us because they will have to have a proper go.

We still have a job to do,we are not in the playoff's yet and yes a win would be more than welcome, but we have to remain focused,Morecambe need a point and so do we but going for a point could be our downfall..imagine 0-0 80 mins gone Morecambe score with Mansfield winning.go for the win..

OTIS is happy with the draw! At home we need to be beating these teams!

A draw would be too nervy for me. Anything less than a two goal lead going into the end of the game and I'll end up with no fingernails left.

A nice big win is best, then take that momentum into play offs.
The teams in good form usually get through the play offs.

I want to spend the 2nd half with my feet up, smoking a cigar and more interested in how the teams above us are doing.
If it's still 0-0 with 15 to go I'm going call 999 and get an ambulance on stand by, don't think the ticker is up to it.

Come 5pm Saturday you may "take" a draw... but to "hope" for a draw is a bit strange....

I'm "hoping" for a 9.0 win....

I’m hoping we’ll smash them. Us long suffering fans deserve to see a score line in our favour like last weekend at home. Could help loads with who we play in the playoffs also.

I think it'd be a merciful thing for us to relegate Morecambe. They were my local EFL team at uni, and they're not in a good place at all, and relegation, if not this season, I think is pretty inevitable they'll go down. They need to rebuild from non-league I feel.

Lets just do what we need to do and get the win.

Who said I am happy with the draw?

Never, ever said that. Even on this very thread I said I hope we stuff them.

If a draw gets us into the play-offs however, I will take that all day long.

Why wouldn't anyone be happy with a draw? We'd be in the play offs and that's all that matters. I don't care if we don't have a shot as long as it finishes 0-0. If a point was offered right now we'd all take it.

No it’s the opposite. We always have a couple of good games then a shit one. Let’s get our shit game out the way while it doesn’t matter.

I would be happy with a draw, but to go into a game with a mentality of ‘I really hope we don’t score and it ends 0-0’ is just a bizarre way of thinking

I'm off to Prague tomorrow on a 4 day stag do. I'll just be happy to be alert enough to get on t'internet and check the score.

Have the afternoon down in Brno, it's only a couple of hours away on the bus. I'll let you watch my iFollow :)

Not sure the other 19 would be up for that, but thanks for the offer. I'm shattered after a looong 3 days at work...just what I need...4 days of non-stop drinking with likely little sleep!

Still, looking forward to some sunshine!

Negative thinking will be our downfall. We need to think of winning this game, getting some momentum, and gaining a favourable position in the play offs.

Worst possible outcome is they nick an early goal then park the bus. We need to score early & force them to come at us. Then the gaps open up.
