In fairness to the clubs Twitter account, whether she manned it or others, they more often than not replied, no matter the time of day or night!

More than can be said of other companies (from personal experience anyway!).

Can't have any sympathy for her, she's ginger.

Ive asked questions to the twitter page on numerous occasions about tickets etc and never once got a reply. Guess you are one of the lucky ones!

Maybe it was the unprofessional spats she was having with Simon Gilbert.
They both came off looking unprofessional during that time.
Maybe SISU didn't think it was very forthcoming for a head of comms.

Just read through some of the tweets to her personal account. Not surprised she has walked away. Pondlife.

The staff at CCFC are overworked and underpaid and in an impossible situation. When we talk about a lack of communication, that comes from the top. At a lower level it is fine, and whoever looks after the twitter account does a grand job - I have always received a response to my enquiries. Some of the questions they get asked by the bottom feeders make your squirm.

Save your ire for Fisher and the decision makers at the top. Spitting bile at the likes of Laura Hunter just makes you look a bit of a twat. Given them a break FFS.

It's the same kind of person who'll walk into a supermarket and scream blue murder at the nearest checkout staff because a ready meal gave them the shits.

It really irks me how poorly paid non-playing staff are at football clubs. It's actually a fucking disgrace. Players who may not even play are paid 4 and 5 times as much at this level, even worse the further up you go.

It's pretty good to be fair. It's all down to who you follow etc. You can be anonymous and just follow the news if you want for example.

To be fair, she put out a bit of CCFC stuff on her personal Twitter so can't really complain about work following her home, abuse on Twitter is just part of the job. If you can't take it don't get a job in social media. Similarly if you don't want abuse from frustrated fans don't take a job with owners that actively piss them off then hide behind you.

Good luck to the girl in the future, I don't think she ever clicked like Kieran did with fans, hope she finds a well paid job out of the public eye next. Public facing roles take it out of you.

Agree completely with this. They pay fucking poverty wages for graduate jobs with no good reason just because they are high profile companies.

There were asking for a journalism degree, several years experience for a job before an offering about £12k.

Think that one was £14k, joke really and only really aimed at people living at home with parents. No chance could somebody live on £14k after uni and pay bills etc.

Exactly. The footballing side of things was fine but the communications people want come from those higher up. If the information doesn't exist it can't be given out to people.
