So why in the calculations he has done does he show interest that is calculated on the ARVO loans if its been written off?
Why don't you ask him that? i am just relaying what he said about the debt on his twitter.

Great thread - very informative. We hear wildly varying estimates as to the value of the club - from £1 to £101 million - so it's good to get some sensible figures at last. My gut feeling has always been that about £14 million would get rid of SISU. The problem is that a league 2 club won't fund that kind of debt, and a decent team. We need a wealthy investor.

I would say if Hoffman had serious intent the bid would have been structured in a very different way.

The main sisu owned fund has around £8 million tied into it as loans . So that's a figure needed upfront. It's not even that unreasonable when you look at the assets and the projections on future revenue. Most on here believe we will get 20,000 fans back in the ground so it's a huge increase which would easily fund the biggest budget next season. So he can borrow the money against these extra incomes we will be receiving.

The investment debt? Well offer them what they want to go with the premier league as the trigger to payment. It's not going to be more than £20 million - a drop in the ocean of premier league TV rights.
