On Wednesday there is an SCG meeting and hopefully it's one meeting CA will turn up to. Please let me know any questions you might want to ask him, I will try and get answers and post them back here. Please try and keep the relevant and ask able!

If CSF/Wasps don't provide the information he's requested, what is the next step regarding trying to ensure the continuation of the Academy from next summer onwards.

Has any progression been made regarding
a) extending agreement at Ricoh
b) proposed development/move to The Butts

adding to army bike.....

a) If CSF/Wasps don't provide the information, what is the next step regarding trying to ensure the continuation of the Academy from next summer onwards ?
b) Has any progression been made regarding extending agreement at Ricoh
b) a new ground where we can access the revenues that they have talked about
c) where has the Maddison money gone ?
d) What do our owners care more about, court cases or the club ?. If its the club, would they not consider dropping court cases to negotiate with the local stakeholders ?

Yes that's a real sensible approach isn't it.

Obvious question is 'Why didn't you turn up to the last meeting?'

If the answer is one of distrust, then the second question has to be 'So why have you turned up to this one then?'

Surely he could just say "because this isn't with Wasps and CSF!"?

What was the one he missed then? Who was that with?

I get confused with all the abbreviations, the CSF and the SCG and IMF and the WWF.

I would think the the 2 most pertinent questions are:

1) what progress is being made on the academy? What exploration work have you done if the higgs is a no go? (I'd like to know what contingencies they have been pursuing)

2) has there been any discussions with wasps about re-engaging in Ricoh negotiations?

What league position has the club budgeted to finish in this season?

Maybe a better worded question would be 'Are the court cases deflecting attention away from Coventry City FC and the onfield issues?'

This sort of thing, ask about plan Bs and stuff.

The moment you charge in with anti sisu ranty stuff it just loses the point of it.

Well they seem to do.

I would also like to know where the Maddison money has gone.

He's already said where the first instalment has gone and where the subsequent payments will go.

I don't know much about other clubs and what they do with fans meetings etc. Do they all go through everything with the fans with money in / money out etc? Genuine Question.

I know everton did something once, but that's about it.

That about covers it.

How about also the fact that there appears to be a perception over recent time that CCFC board members' statements often don't follow what seems to happen in actuality. As the current public face of the CCFC board, how does he intend to change the communication approach to change this perception?

show the statements from the other parties who wont negotiate whilst court cases continue and ask the question again

Anderson has already said the court action was not a reason for talks breakdown.

Can you actually find a statement where the other side emphatically state otherwise?

So what? Am I supposed to be grateful that the club occasionally talks to a handpicked group of fans?

I hope they ask Anderson some real questions.

Budget

Since last year it seems we have released more players than we have signed.
So I would expect us to have a surplus in comparison to last years budget at this stage.
When Maddison was sold you intimated that the money would used over future seasons.
If the club has put the same money in as last summer. I would hope that additional is available on top from the Maddison money.
Yet TM felt it was necessary to sell one of our best players to a rival for what is reported to be less than 100k. He did this in order to sign other players.
I appreciate you will say that it was his decision and a football one.
However with the Maddison money and the large difference between exits compared to signings.
How did we get into the situation where TM felt he needed to sell his best player for peanuts in order to fund new signings!!.

Have the club given TM the same budget as last summer
Does he have more money on top
From the sale of Maddison.

Future

Do you understand when negotiating with people. If the other party has something you want and they owe you nothing. If you start making demands before you will even sit down with them.
Then it is highly likely you won't get what you want.

Also do you understand before you came the owners repeately stated they were going to build their own stadium, their own training ground, their own academy. They are also taking repeated court action which drags in one of the parties you will need to negotiate with.

I strongly recommend you approach negotiations from a far more humble stance. There is a horrible stench left from previous negotiations involving the style you have just embarked. The end result of such and approach was SISU and more importantly CCFC lost out in every conceivable way.
Please don't follow down this suicidal path unless there really is a new stadium, training ground and academy ready.
However I would suggest the sale of Vincelot suggests there isn't.

If that's the case what is your actual bargaining chip when you take the approach you do.
Why wouldn't the other party just say "get lost?"

Wasps chief executive David Armstrong has told the Telegraph the rugby club has halted talks due to the ‘background noise’ of ongoing legal action over the Ricoh Arena by CCFC owners Sisu.
