Depends on what money you have. If you have enough money to socialise and chill then the place is great. If you need money straight away then unless your very lucky forget it. Jobs are hard to find and only pay about 5€ per hour (some less). I'm lucky as i brought my own business out here and it keeps me going. If you want to move to GC then let me know, we can chat and i will help`you as much as i can.

Just tell him we have a fan base of about 11k hardcore supporters, and another 10k waiting for the day SISU leave this club.

A new owner would bring back thousands of fans if they showed the love of football like us fans do.

Totally agree.

It will come one day. I remember how far Brighton slumped under similarly shite owners, but eventually they went, and from the days of being homesless, nearly going out of the league, to playing at the Withdean stadium, they are now on a much stronger footing, owning their own new stadium, with the possibility of promotion next week or at least the play offs.

From their past dark days they now have a bright future. Ours will come too.

We won't get 21k every week when they leave. That is the issue.

Just show him the back pages of all the UK papers and tell him he can make £150 million in 3 years if he's interested.

Ask him has he £50 M spare to spend on us. We dont own our ground, we are millions in debt according to Sisu, we have been in more court cases than Perry mason and unless we have 6 premiership loans we will be fooked next season.
Looks good on my account.:eek: A real dichotomy I think.
If CCFC were main dealers....

we could be onto a winner here.
Why wouldn't a shrewd tycoon be up for buying an ailing football club based on the word of a stranger he met on holiday?

You really think the first game after SISU leave will be 21k?

Rubbish.

We averaged 21,000 not so many years ago.
Whilst we were playing Championship football and still in the new stadium honeymoon period?

We got 28k our first game back at the Ricoh (which we won) and then 11.5k the next game. Shows that it doesn't matter who owns the club CCFC fans are a fickle bunch.

If we were taken over whilst in the bottom 4 of L1 as apposed to staying with our owners whilst we were in the top 6 I guarantee the next game would have a bigger crowd if we were in the top 6.

looking at last sat's stats for attendances in L1 & we were the highest, with no chance of a play off place, the next highest being Barnsley & Millwall (both in play off places)
my point being,
with reference to fickle fans,
had we been in contention for a play off place then we'd have had a gate of 20k+ for last sat,
i.e. we're not as fickle as many others, this despite being treated like shite by you know who
