Went today as usual "Sky blue blood."
took John a neighbour who has supported CCFC for 72 years
his son Dave a supporter for 44 years and me 52 years, had a good day until the match, spoke to a young lad in the stadium very articulate despite chanting We're Shit and we're sick of it.I had good chat with him and said welcome to the club myself and thousands of others have been sick of it for years.!!!
Another great day spoiled again by the footie.
sorry but where is the:-
passion
belief
team spirit
leadership
skill
communication
hard work/effort
ability
tempo
from management as well as playing and coaching staff????
most of these are basics
pass and move
preferable to a player in the same colour shirt

something has gone tits up since before Christmas and for some reason the same players bar a few have now been underperforming as much as they over performed previously.
why ????
I don't have the answers but as some have said before this disease is from the top down.
it is not just because some clubs have Sussed us out.
we no longer match teams for one on one marking and basic effort. They don't sweat enough in my view.
Sisu
Tim Fisher
Chris Anderson
Tony Mobray
Oggie and players of Coventry City, who are not fit to wear the shirt.
You do not deserve the support from your passionate hard working loyal fans who spend thousands of pounds each year following a SHIT team
we are sick of it

Great comment by someone on the CT site:

"When I die I want the Coventry City first team to lower my coffin, just so they can let me down, one last time."

It's enough to make you follow rugby ;)

it will never get that bad that I would have to watch that.

i have driven past the ground tonight and some of those people were leaving I have never seen such a bunch of people you could not tell if they had won or lost or if it had been called off.

Saw some complaints on twitter from the visiting fans today about the lack of atmosphere. If twitter is to be believed they are using the PA during the game to try and encourage the home fans and drown out the visitors!

Get over what dickhead? It's a fans forum. People are entitled to their opinion particularly when it's relevant unlike the bullshit you pipe up with once in a blue moon. Why don't you give us your opinion on the new stadium? Bellend.

I'd be fuming if I was there, all that way. Fair play to those who did

Had to walk out amongst their fans holding my head up but was crying inside utterly embarrassed.
good job I had no colours on.

Thought this was a forum to exchange views and get a few things off our chests, but obviously RFC is bored so don't read it . I didn't realise this forum was to attack each other with stupid comments
He's obviously a wasps fan, so doesn't understand passion and hurt when the team supported for years loses. Come and have a go if you think you're hard enough.is that stupid enough

What a pathetic dismissive way to reply to the opinion of a supporter of our club for over 50 years who travelled to Wigan today with other supporters of similar Ilk.
I hope to god you are just a normal fan of our club and not on any commitee or anything like that

Days & seasons like this one are the reason CCFC ranked third in the Daily Mirror Misery Rankings. CCFC are guaranteed to give you a bad case of depression. But we're all masochists & will still follow the team.

I've only been to 1 game this season and I'm quite glad about that. Don't really get the moronic viewpoint of 'I'll support the sky blues through thick and thin' - especially as I live in London and the thought of Doncaster away sends me into a seizure.

As far as I'm concerned the thin heavily outweighs the thick and I simply can't be arsed to spend money watching a crap football team under-deliver every season. I won't be going anymore until we improve markedly and get out of this dreadful league.

You can't change who you support. Have no interest in LEICESTER. By the way I know there are a few vowels going on but it isn't that difficult.
I know how to spell it, was on my phone and was posting quickly.

Just shows that some people in Coventry really are just glory fans. Let's just hope we can ship a better football team in from somewhere.

Who said anything about evil?

You were suggesting people shouldn't support crfc with wasps down the road, may as well not support ccfc with premier league games on tv

I'm sure there'd be plenty who would ditch ccfc if a PL team moved into the Ricoh. No doubt there would still be some idiots defending them too.
