He should walk

There has to be something going on behind the scenes that we don't know about. No team just does a complete 180 in form like this. Sure other teams have a blip or a bad run but nothing like this.

You would think as professionals though, on matchday they would go out to win?

I said it last season , the club needs a defense coach.mowbary is the manager, clapham first team coach but we have no specialist defense coach...

2 more defeats and he should walk. No manager should consider his position tenable after 6 successive defeats.

Would say that managers doing well then turning absolute dog shit has been a bit of a habit at CCFC. Maybe the problem is closer to home.

He has to be honest and say for all our chances, possession and play we get beat by a side that make better decision all around the park. They have to keep going but in all honesty this season has come to an end and its very hard to see what he can do to change it. I cant see him hanging around much longer, or the club allowing it to carry on.

I think its time for the U21 to step in as they will be the where the players will becoming from next season in any case. We have to remember what the expectation was at the start and if we have got carried away a bit, shame but we may end up where the squad is by the end of the season.

Feels like a kick in the teeth
signs tonight team is back
level of control was good
creating chance after chance
He has let a few know
defending not up to scratch
rest of the team looked fluent
didnt take oppurtunities
Have to defend directness

He's blaming the defense for today's defeat.

Who gave the ball away for the first goal?
Who wasted most of the attacking chances we had?

Whatever he says it can't be as bad as "I thought the group were excellent. They gave 110% and I though we controlled it from start to finish. Their work rate was terrific"

Surely if we have so many chances and none are taken then you can't be happy with it?

Finally he highlights the defences as being unacceptable. Sam Ricketts stand up, this is a back line you cannot even organise let alone rally a team as captain. Epic fail as a leader and player right now.
TM must now drop him at Blackpool.

Would have to listen again, did he blame the defence or the defending? I'm pretty sure he said defending which applies to every player but he wouldn't single out the individual,it was obvious he meant Murphy on the first goal.

Honest question. Was tonight that bad ,forget for a minute what's gone
before, was tonight's performance that bad .
Listening on the radio i thought it sounded a much improved performance,
just couldn't force the breakthrough when we needed it.

We lost 2-1. Doesn't matter how we played or the possession.

Nowt about our only scoring 2 goals in the last 4 matches?

Before we were scoring for fun. Now Armstrong's goals have dried up with the odd exception and we are not scoring anywhere near enough.

City 1-1 Walsall

City 0-2 Burton

Southend 3-0 City

City 1-2 Scunthorpe

Port Vale 1-1 City

City 6-0 Bury

City 1-2 Fleetwood

Barnsley 2-0 City

City 0-1 Rochdale

Shrewsbury 2-1 City.

That's the last 10 games. 11 goals scored and 6 of those were in one single match!

That leaves 9 games 5 goals scored. That is shocking. Teams have nullified our attacking threat. It is abundantly clear.

10 games, 11 goals.

I was summarising in a sentence, not sure he said happy. Just said we looked a threat and going forward we looked like getting back to the level to win matches
