What was all that about at the end?

Brought the atmosphere right down.

Not sure if this is the same thing being talked about on Twitter. There's people on there saying the stewards confiscated a Jimmy Hill banner which went down as well as you would imagine.

Saw them taking the banner but don't know if something happened prior to that like it obscuring some ones view and a fight starting, thats what lads behind me were saying but I don't know how they'd have saw it

We were winning 6-0 and two groups of City fans decided to fight each other over a banner, fighting falling over kids and women.
Hope we don't win 6-0 again if that is what happens really ruined the day.

see its alright booing stewards when they confiscate balloons or stop people doing superman impressions but if people are going to start fighting over shit like that then what other option have they got?

Jesus christ, saw someone shouting and having a go at someone but thought they may have been having a go at the stewards for taking the banner away as I couldn't really see or hear.

Pathetic, football really does attract some the dregs of society

Unless they were fighting over who takes the blame for making it?

I don't think it was over the banner.

The lads were only young, probably not old enough to drink.

I've seen a few little scuffles between City fans over the years, but this was the worst. Especially considering we were 6-0 up ffs.

Believe it was young verses old.
We have had thing thrown at us from that section of the crowd if they can't handle the beer they should stick to squash.

it was 16. I'm in 15 and as i turned right i saw some young lad take a few firsts to the face and back off. he then pointed his finger and said some sh*t before running away. by this time the stewards came out in force but he was gone lol. in all of this an old man fell into the row in front and looked like was grazed up.

don't think it was to do with the "banner". was no way a banner as it was being passed around it was a dirty bed sheet as i saw up close

People around us seemed to be shouting at the stewards for what they thought was confiscation of the sheet, but a minute or two later they gladly handed it back to the fancy dress guys near the front so it was clear something else had gone on.
