Maybe the plan is and always has been play off finals. With our expected crowds at big games those filthy hedge fund owners may think this with TV money is how you generate maximum returns. Also gets free advertising (club for sale any sovereign funds out there ?)
"No, though poor crowds = less money = poor squads. How do you think we ended up in league 1?"
Someone posted the above earlier. Newcastle have good crowds but they are rubbish, Bournemouth have rubbish crowds and I think they are excellent
Fitness will come. And what was it on average, a shot on goal every 3 mins. I imagine knackers you out a bit. Wait till sign another striker. Won't have to have as many shots on goal. C'mon City we can walk this League.
Time to believe. Been following Cov since the 70s, seen the ups and downs. This is now an up time. Was at Millwall, haven't seen frontline mobility like I saw last Saturday. And the encouraging thing all 3 were sub'd and the replacements were pretty good too. Still rate Tudguy
All in all that was a pretty depressing showing. Nothing up front, no pressing, no urgency. So disappointing. Such a decent turn out for the lads. Yet again no bollocks against a side higher than us in the league.
We're doing ok. Nothing to show up front. Really weak. But while it's 0-0 there's a chance. We will get a period of being on top and that is when the Moose or Baker will have to seize the moment. That's how I see it.
