Maybe SISU are trying to extract a high sale price from a genuinely. Interested purchaser. They seem to be in position to do so. Otherwise they are committing themselves to more years of sustained losses in addition to those they have already incurred.

I see TF is saying they will be building a new ground for the club in Coventry inside three years. That would require SIsu to do the following:
1) Identify and acquire a location within Coventry.
2) Obtain planning permission from Coventry City Council
3) Spend lots of money building the...
None of those currently out of work inspire much confidence, other than Adkins who won't come, so you are probably looking at someone at our level and currently employed.
