I emailed the ticket office about that earlier in the season. They won't send out etickets, you'll need to pick up a replacement match ticket from the ticket office for £5 and a replacement card is £15.

Take out the seats from SS, so people don't have the option to sit. We should introduce shock collars, if you sit in SS/singers corner and your block doesn't reach a certain decibel every 5 minutes then you get zapped.
