If ACL profit was 400k and thats what they are willing to go to re: rent, I cant see them going any lower than that with their offer. IMO It wouldnt take too many saturday night concerts/ one of sporting events to raise the 400k if they had use of the stadium/Arena for gigs etc. Those who are...
