Maybe it works best when packed out like the Johnstones Paint Cup last season......or when used as a concert venue. Might just be me but from the first fixture I seen played at the Ricoh it just felt wrong, something is not right about that stadium.

Sounds like they got the models confused, Surface RT is the basic one that only allows applications added through the Microsoft Store, Surface Pro however functions like a proper computer with Desktop mode, etc. Print this off when you return and tell them you were given the wrong advice...
