This has Eccles written all over it. I live in the same village and at the start of the season he said Simms couldn’t hit a cows arse with a banjo in training, but we all laughed at him after the second half of the season! How wrong we were!!!!!

The thing is, because we signed Collins on such a long contract, if he goes this window, I can only see it being a loan. I can’t see any league 1 club paying 100% wage, and I can’t see him starting in any championship team. where as Wilson we could a fee (although nominal).

Collins can’t catch a cold! Fair enough he makes saves but it makes me question the gk coach if he is telling our keepers to parry the ball away rather than keeping hold of it.

So what are his weaknesses. Every player has one or 2? Guaranteed his strengths will outweigh what you say!

Today shows what has been said already. Thomas has the potential to be a premier league defender where as Kitching seems he will only reach the championship (unless promoted with ourselves). If and when we get promoted I can’t see Kitching starting.
