Cov accent is 100% real. I moved around a bit after growing up not far away, spent years up north, then south west, and have moved back now, and I didn't appreciate there was a Cov accent until I moved back. Now I hear it a mile off.

It's defintely certain foods, and I bet it differs from person to person. My worst flares were red wine or port (it was Christmas when it turned up surprise surprise), but I notice the twinges after too much sugar too. So I just limit those and it's been ok. Still get the twinges a little, but...

I feel you. I got gout in lockdown due to increased drinking, less exercise and more crappy food. I'm not even that old haha. I had a call with the doctor and they said change the diet and pop ibuprofen the second you feel it coming on. To be fair it's not been that bad and ibuprofen really...

I'm not a massive fan of all their material, but IWBA is just genius. I think this and a few select song just remind me of my childhood and make me so happy to listen to. Greenday's Basketcase is another one. Again not a massive fan of everything but it just takes me back to my teen years.
